Heading into summer at 30 weeks pregnant I'm loving flowy dresses like this. This one is comfortable and soft, but runs big. Pre-pregnancy I was a size 4, and the small in this was pretty big, especially up top. I tried to pin/shorten the straps which helped a bit. The buttons in the front are purely decorative, so there aren't any concerns about gapping.

Fun, comfortable, versatile
I first wore this to my husband's more formal holiday party (a good fit for the circus theme), but wore it again later in the holiday season with black tights and a black crew neck sweater over it. May wear a third time for New Years Eve! The fit was really comfortable, but still flattering for showing off toned arms. Perfect for a party, whether dressed up or down.

Love this classic style
Big fan of this design! Timeless in so many ways, from the color to the grosgrain trim to the length. I will note that it was nearly too tight in the arms for me through the biceps, though I have pretty muscular arms from a pushups/weights/etc lifestyle. If you usually have a problem with things being tight in the arms, I might size up.

I believe because of the rayon fabric, the dress I received has meaningfully shrunk in length and no longer matches the measurements on the product page. As other reviewers have noted, it does not at all match the picture. Sent it back!

The brightest and best!
LOVED this dress (and the pockets)! Wore it to an engagement party with heels, but then with a denim jacket to work. It does run quite large-- I'm typically a 4-ish, and the 0 fit me perfectly. The tent silhouette isn't the most flattering in photographs, but I got TONS of in-real-life compliments and felt fabulous. Would definitely rent again.

Great fabric, but not my best look
I really loved the print and fabric of this dress, but something about the silhouette didn't quite work for me-- it seemed like the waist seam wasn't hitting at quite the right place, and I wished the bodice was shorter. But I layered a cardigan over it which totally alleviated the problem, and I was comfortable during a long day. Wouldn't rent again, though I'm sure would look wonderful on taller ladies!

I understand the design is supposed to be voluminous, and there is definitely no element of "figure flattering" that you get with this piece. Glamorous, on trend, conservative but fun
I was apprehensive when I first put this on-- I am not in the habit of wearing form-fitting styles-- but realized the cut was quite flattering. It's conservative enough in the front to feel elegant, but the cowl in the back adds an element of fun. This style probably isn't very conducive to dancing, as raising your arms in the cap sleeves would likely cause the tighter skirt to hike up, but it was perfect for my event. Sequins are everywhere right now, and I fit right in.
