Do yourself a favor and buy it such a great piece to have in your closet but buyer beware the arms are tight

This dress is simple with chic and feminine detail on the white trim sleeves and collar. The arms are  a tad tight but overall still comfortable, and though it  wrinkles it's not an issue for my intended use.

I wore this dress for the US OPEN and it was super comfortable and great for the time of the year as it got a bit chilly. Over all I think it sizes a bit big. I'm 6' tall and wore a size small. Sleeves and length was perfect for me I thought but It was quite big around the stomach. (I may rent again when few months pregnant and it should fit.) It definitely needs to be IRONED before wearing or you'll lose its crisp /classy look. 

I love this dress!  Photos don't do it justice but it is very cute for work.  I would buy it, but I'm still in the process of losing my baby weight so won't be in this size long enough to make buying worth it.  Dress is cotton so very breathable. It is a teensy bit tight in the arms and shoulders, but still wearable.  No gaping at the bust which is huge for me right now because I'm nursing.  Love!

This looks very tailored while still being very comfortable! I rolled up the sleeves because it was a warm day. Loved the length.

I love the this dress looks on the pictures does this dress no justice. It runs very true to size.  It would work great with any cup size. The fabric is very loose. There is room in the midsection as well as the hips. At 5'4 this dress came to my mid thigh slightly at my knees but not enough to say knee length. Can be worn with a standard bra.  
 

The dress is perfect for work, I would suggest using tape for the opening at the bottom. 

Rented for conference. Pretty but wrinkles easy (I had to iron) and very tight in arms--my arms are never usually an issue for me and I was uncomfortable. 

Great summer dress but the arms are so tight! I'm typically a six and the eight was almost too small! Pretty starchy and stiff too so be prepared for wrinkles! 

I wore this to work on a summer Friday. It is cute  and casual but still professional. Only complaint is that it wrinkled quite a bit, but I think that's pretty typical of shirt dresses. Overall fit was true to size. 

Snug in the bust for my 32H and snug in the sleeves (and barely long enough) for my athletic arms. If you are built athletic or busty, I would size up. I should have got an 8 not a 6. Great length though. It hit just above the knees on my long legs. 

It does wrinkle really easily... but you can make it work :) A little snug in the arms, but other than that I liked it.

I loved this dress so much I bought it! The perfect work dress for spring and summer months. I felt so put together and it has a great fit. The only negative I could say is that the arms are a little snug in the shoulders. But besides that, I highly recommend! 

The shoulders and arms were tight, but the mid-section is baggy. The hips were tight and sort of unflattering. This probably works better for tall and slender frames 

This dress fit everywhere except my biceps. I have an athletic build but felt like I was going to rip this dress when i had it on. It's bizarre because it fit everywhere except around my biceps and I by no means am jacked.

The dress is cute but runs small in the arms. I usually get a 0-2 in Tory Burch bc I think she runs large but the 4 was too tight in the arms. I am typically a 2-4 in many brands. Going to try the 6 but not sure if it will be too big in other places. 

I loved this dress - it was so comfortable and classic, and I got a ton of compliments the times I wore it.   I had to pin the bust a bit to keep the buttons from gapping, but kind of expected that going in.  Otherwise, it is definitely a roomier fit, so I thought it was super comfy.  I probably could have sized down if I wasn't worried about the bust. I dressed it up for work with slacks and leather flats and wore it with whtite tennis shoes to dress it down.  This is a great summer dress!

True to size in the arms and shoulders but bigger in the mid section. Super cute. Wore with flats for work. 

I wore this on a plane from NYC to SF and then went to work. The dress was comfortable enough to wear on the plane but still look professional and stylish for work. I also went to a bachelorette party after, so very versatile. I will probably purchase this in the future. 

Good fit- I could have sized down but the arms were a bit tight in the 2, length was perfect! 

This is a cute dress.  I received several compliments.  Although it is cotton, it did not wrinkle too much throughout the day.  The upper part of the sleeves was a little snug.  

Work wanted me to keep this one. I didn't think the bottom flair and boxy fit would work well with my hourglass figure, but it was great.

Cute but tight in the shoulder, so not comfortable. Wouldn't rent it again. 

Nice twist on traditional shirt dress. Perfect for work, just happened to wear as nyc had a heatwave so I was a little hot but looked good at least.

Rented this for Friday work days/every day and LOVE it. Only complaint, which is typical for this brand on me, is that the dress runs a little small across the shoulders.

Loose comfortable fit. Not too short... good for an easy work day. Wore with blue flats, hit at knee. I am in between an 8 and a 10 and went with 10 to be comfy and it was perfect.

Loved this dress was just over my knees and not super short. Thicker fabric made pairing it with leggings and boots a perfect winter work look.

Very cute dress but tight across hips. I usually wear a 10 in Tory B but this would barely button at the hips and thighs. Fit great at bust ( I have a larger chest). Little tight in shoulders. Should have sized up.  Was not able to wear.

Very odd fit. The arms run tight while the body of the dress is loose and ill-fitting. I would not recommend it.

This dress would have been a good fit and a great style for everyday wear, but I'll need to hold back on the pushups if I want to make this work ;-) 

I thought the shoulders were a really tight and the dress was a little too short.  I wore this to work and I had to keep pulling it down and making sure my butt wasn't sticking out.  

This fit large everywhere except the arms/shoulders.  

I wanted to love this but it runs small. Didn't fit me.

I tried this on and it fit but my husband told me it looked like a maternity dress, because there's no waist. I sent it back. This would work well as a maternity dress or for someone who looks good in drop waistline dresses.
