Quality fabric fun flare bottom would be fun to dance in. There is a lot of heavy thick fabric around the drop waist that added a lot of volume to my waist. Maybe it would work on someone taller or very thin or curvy but wasn't flattering on me. Black and lavender, true to size fit petite without altering however for me the drop waist was a bit long

It has long sleeves and a conservative neckline, but seems more suited for going out that for work I tried this in an XS even though I usually wear a small. A small likely would have been a better overall fit, but the XS still worked thanks to the stretch. Overall, it’s an easy, comfortable piece—just keep the shorter length in mind when choosing your size.

This dress wore me
I liked this dress, but as a petite, it felt like too much for my frame. It looked more like the dress was wearing me rather than me wearing the dress. The fabric is light and good quality, and the brown color with white stripes is classic and polished. It buttons all the way up the front, making it easy to put on and take off, with a slight slit at the front bottom that makes it comfortable to walk in. The dress is sleeveless, collared, and designed to hit mid-calf, though on me it fit a bit longer. It has an elastic waistband and capped detail at the back that creates a nice hourglass shape and gives it a professional, work-appropriate look. However, the tie at the waist sat lower than what felt natural for my proportions and added some bulk through the midsection. While this dress didn’t flatter my petite frame as well as I hoped, I still liked the overall style and quality. I would definitely recommend it for someone taller, where the proportions would really shine.
