Textured leatherlike material looks great in pics. Flouncy skirt fits well over petticoats too.
I ended up snipping several inches off the hem, and always pair this with a short petticoat. It's one of my go-to Little Black Dresses now.

This is a sexy dress with enough sparkle to stand out, even though it's black.
