Beautiful style, older dress
The particular dress I received was very much showing it's age. It looked almost dingy compared to my backup size and had a lot of loose threads. Overall an adorable little dress for date night, I just wish I had received one in better shape.

Didn't wear this dress....
But really did love it on, just went with another option. The colors are beautiful without being overwhelming. The fit was perfect one size up, which I had read on other reviews as well. The length worked for a shorty like me (5'2) with low heels. Perfect dress to pair a statement necklace with.... definitely would have been great for our summer date, or for a summer wedding or vacation. May rent again so I can actually wear this one.

Weird, weird fit, especially in the chest.
This dress was a very strange fit. It was tight in my hips (which are pretty proportional to my frame), but HUGE in my chest (which is not huge, but also not flat)... when I tried it on my boyfriend couldn't stop laughing, at first I was offended but then I looked in the mirror and realized it did look absolutely ridiculous. Might look great on large chested girls with narrow hips, however! Fabric was nice.

Decent dress; very thick material
Meh is probably my best response to this one. I loved the color, but was surprised by what a heavy fabric it was (definitely should have rented in winter), and the thick fabric made the form a little bit lacking. If you're looking to have a little room to hide, this is probably the perfect dress!

Awesome look for a birthday
Wore this for a casual birthday dinner and drinks and really loved it so much more than I expected. It was a last minute rental so the selection was a bit limited and I ended up with this guy feeling kind of 'meh', but once I got it and wore it, I LOVED it.

Great, heavy fabric
I was so disappointed I didn't get to wear this dress as my event was cancelled. It was a little tight in the chest area and on my arms in my normal size, but sizing up fixed that perfectly.

My favorite rental so far...
I had to speak at a banquet at my alma mater and was incredibly nervous. Luckily, this dress made me feel phenomenal and confident! I rec'd so many compliments I couldn't even count them. I had to pack the dress in my suitcase for the trip and it came out fantastic; no steaming required. Final note - I did feel more comfortable in the 6. The 4 fit, but it was a little snug in the hips. I would recommend sizing up, since it is rare that I wear a 6.

The awesome sleeve.
The dress is beautiful, and fit very well. I definitely enjoyed wearing it!! The dress was somewhat short (perfect length) on me, so I cannot imagine that it would work well for a tall person. The only problems I had were RTR related... first, they sent me two 4s instead of my backup size, but that ended up working out OK. Secondly, both of the dresses had pulls in the fabric. This one might be unavoidable as the fabric is very delicate (which is what makes the sleeve work so well). Despite my issues, I'm glad I got to rent this dress!

I did like this dress, but I've rented dresses I love way more from RTR! The black/blue combo isn't as obvious as I expected it to be, and it was overall just a bit plain, but the fit was spot on and it was extremely comfortable.
