Beautiful dress. Received compliments all night on the elegance of this gown. My only two draw backs are the length and stiching on the waist. People were stepping on the back of the gown all night which was a bummer. I am 5"5" and wore 3" heels, but the dress was still too long in the back. The stitching on the waist has a slight curve on one side. I originally thought it was a defect, but the sales associate pointed it out on the stock photos too. Overall I had a magical night in the dress and felt like I was queen of New York City.

Everything about this dress is fabulous. It made me feel like a modern day Cinderella. It's comfortable, beautiful, and the perfect color to add a bit of flare to a formal event. The pockets made keeping my phone nearby easy yet unnoticeable. I would recommend having someone around to help zipper as it is difficult around the waist where the "belt" is. It's great for dancing too since it has the full skirt. Overall I absolutely recommend this dress.

I really wanted to wear this gown to a formal event I attended, but it just isn't meant for hourglass shaped women. I rented two sizes and if it fit in the waist it was tight in the hips. The one that got my hips had extra fabric around the waist. Thankfully I also rented a different style which worked perfectly.

This is a typical Lilly dress; great quality, bright colors, and flattering shape. I was pleasantly surprised how well it stayed up as I usually have issues with strapless dresses falling down. Not sure if it was due to the care of the dress or if Lilly has changed their fabric over the years, but it was much softer and silkier than newer Lilly's. When considering sizing, base your selection off of the waist. I could have worn either the 10 or the 12, but the waist fit better in the 10. I have a significantly large chest and it wasn't an issue with this dress. The hips aren't fitted so that should be the last measurement considered.
