Easy breezy
Loved this so much more than I thought I would. Really great design. Lightweight, comfy fabric (and lots of it) — dress looks incredible in the wind. Cinematic! Elegant! Note: a smidge see through, so most will want to do some kind of slip/pasty/bra situation. With 3” heels the length was great for me at 5’2”. Honestly, I want to buy🌼

Very cool piece — contemporary with a hint of vintage. Fabric is mid-weight and has slight texture to it, like that of very gently crumbled tissue paper. Can be styled up or down, but note it’s quite voluminous. Waistband a smidge tight but pretty TTS. I tried with tights + heeled boots and didn’t love it; bare legs with either flats or heels worked better for me. Cool sandals could also pair nicely

HIGHLY recommend this dress for any occasion that calls for effortless glam. Thee most amazing color, wildly flattering. Breezy fabric with a slight sheen - great for summer temps (though I wore in on one of the coldest days of the yr in NYC). High platforms required for anyone in the 5’2” range. Fine to go bra-less. Wore for my birthday dinner and felt ✨radiant… dare I say royal. For my bday next year the dress code will be gowns lol 💅

LoTs of compliments on the dress itself, many followed by some version of: “it’s so flattering!”. And it is - lol. Would be great on any body type. Loved wearing! Lightweight fabric / full skirt that is lined - and pockets! No need for a bra or stickies, but below a B cup might not quite fill out the top portion.

Lovely, just didn’t do it for me
This is a GORGEOUS dress. Incredible fabric, color, details, movement. I love AMUR. This dress just didn’t flatter my figure. I think a longer torso may be required. For me it bunched in the waist area in odd places and just wasn’t flattering enough to wear. FYI straps aren’t adjustable.

Really fun. Not exactly comfortable.
So many compliments. Heavier bodice with lighter weighted skirt. Very fun wear, but not very comfortable. Perhaps just because I needed to size up. On me the top of this dress was TIGHT (stretchy thick fabric) — so I’d say only go for an XS if you are more petite than me. The bodice of this dress is a thong bodysuit, which for me was stretched very tight yet oddly had enough excess fabric to create a few visible lumps in the back area. (Not cute). A longer torso might make this a non-issue. Definitely worth a rent I’d say, but maybe size up once.

Very pretty; a few pitfalls
Lovely dress. Nice fabric with stretch. For me it just didn’t quite work. 1. The top of the arm region was wildly tight (+ my arms are pretty small). 2. The ruffle overwhelmed my frame (and I love a good ruffle) — maybe better for someone taller. 3. Slit in the back is CRAZY high. Kinda scandalous; could work depending on your comfort level & event vibe. Again, maybe less of an issue for someone taller. I’m 5’2” wearing 4 inch heels.

Gorgeous dress! Loved wearing it. Pretty comfortable too. Fit me to a T. Size small is perfect for a C cup; could probably get away with slightly smaller or larger. Takes a little time to get the ties just right (not too loose/not too tight). A bit of fashion tape in the bust would be a help so there’s no risk of mishap.

Loved! Full skirt and a lot of ruffle happening, but very breathable mid-weight cotton. Really comfy and flattering. I also wore it with a black turtleneck under and boots to make it more cool-weather friendly. Slightly ~witchy vibes, depending on how you style it... could even be Halloween costume-material with the right accoutrement. Endless possibilities!

Definite yes. SO comfortable, flattering, and warm (I wore this in the low-40’s with no tights under). Loved it, might keep. I’m convinced this would flatter any body type, except maybe the super super petites—I’m 5’2, typically a 4-6 on the bottom, 125-ish lbs— if you’re significantly more petite than this, even the XS might be a bit loose on you. Note that it does stretch a little as you wear it, but not in the waist.

Has its cons, but I’m still kinda a fan
Pros: Beautiful colour, SO flattering, comfortable & very stretchy lightweight fabric. Cons: I’m shocked that only one other person has mentioned that this dress is *completely* see-through from the waist down. I still went for it, but you could 100% see my (seamless) thong underneath — so bear that in mind. Also, as pictured, this dress looks kind of ridiculous from the side if you stand straight; like a skin-tight tube all the way down to the ankles (I’m 5’2”). BUT I really liked the dress, so I just tried not to stand like that. Lol

Fun flowery frock
Loved this. It’s everything the photos promise: a sweet dress, universally flattering, lightweight & comfy fabric, and a lot of skirt (in the best way). All pros! SIZING NOTE: I can’t speak for sizes above the Small that I rented, BUT if you are a Small & have a C-cup or beyond, I’d say size up! I’m a true size small, slim waist, and my boobs were VERY squished in this. Top is super stretchy so it could still hold them in without it being unflattering, but it was not comfortable. It was almost corset-level tight; would’ve loved a little more breathing room up top😅 Skirt is roomy though.

Lovely but not for me
This dress is lovely but didn’t work for me; silk dresses like this can be tough if they’re not tailored to you. Apart from not flattering my figure, the biggest issue for me was the cowl-style back; there was so much weighty fabric that it all pooled very low on my back, (at my dimples) giving peeks of the booty at certain angles (forget underwear!). I tried pinning it to no avail. This might be more of a short girl/short torso issue, but yeah. Dealbreaker :’/

A Keeper
Loved this from the moment I put it on. While out & about, after a second person suggested this dress ‘was made for me’ I decided I had to keep her☺️ Made-for-me comment aside, I’m convinced this dress would flatter just about any figure. Comfiest ‘bodycon’ there is -- you could sleep in it (+ I once did lol). Fabric has some stretch to it, and as such does stretch out very* slightly as you wear it, so if you’re in between two sizes, I’d skew down. Also note that you can tie the top in a few different ways which is fun (see photo reviews).

In love with this skirt. Wish I I could keep! So different from any other skirt I’ve worn. After reading reviews, I sized up to a medium (usual size: small, US 4-6) and while it did fit me it was a little bit large, so I actually think it would’ve fit pretty TTS. Regardless, I loved wearing it and found it quite comfortable. Gorgeous stitching, rich colours, and the fabric, despite having some weight to it, has beautiful movement. I will note that if you wear this in a particularly breezy area there is potential for accidental flashing, so watch it! 🌬

I didn’t end up wearing, but wow this dress is *it. Utterly flattering and so so pretty. Very cool cutout shape that sets it apart. Fabric has a bit of stretch. I went for the UK 10 (US 6) because my hips are between a US 4-6, but it was a little loose all over - & particularly at my waist - so if you’re similarly shaped I’d size down to a UK 8 (US 4). Dress was a smidge long for my height (wearing 4” heels too), but I prob would’ve worn it anyway bc it’s so fabulous. If you’re curious, rent it ✔️✨

Simple & sweet
Easy dress to throw on for summer. All in all it didn’t do too much for me (I think it would better flatter someone taller) but I enjoyed wearing it all the same. A bit large/oversized, definitely size down, and the straps kept falling down for me so I tucked them in. It’s very well made and the deep red colour is just beautiful.

Enjoyed wearing this a lot. Truly comfy. Versatile: casual when worn with a plain tank & less so when worn with a spicier top (pictured). I really received a lot of compliments while gallivanting around in this one. Form flattering but not skin-tight; I probably could’ve sized down, but I kinda liked it with a slightly more relaxed fit. Note that it does stretch & get a little looser as you wear (hence the minus one star*).

Totally obsessed with this skirt. Very cool cut, haven’t seen anything like it. Epitome of lightweight/breezy fabric, yet still velvety soft; perfect wear for the dog days of summer. I wore this so many times with a variety of tops and it was always fabulous. Nude underwear is a must as it has no liner. Skirt does stretch around the waist & fall a little bit the more you wear it. Pros: I felt great in this dress & had so much fun wearing it to my friend’s summer bridal shower! Gorgeous zesty colour & nice movement make for fab photos. Airy fabric kept me cool in July heat. Pockets <3 Cons: Iffy fit. Being 5’2” with a short torso, the dress didn’t hit me exactly right, and it was a smidge too long. If you’re on the taller side and/or have a longer torso, this will probably align great for you! In my case, I had to cinch the heck out of the sides, tying the strings as tightly as I could & adjusting the straps so the cinched portion would hit as close to my waist as possible. Then I was pleased enough with the fit to say yes to the dress, though it wasn’t perfect.

So… while this top seems to look perfect on so many reviewers, it didn’t work for me at all. Way too big & gaping with excess material - (maybe I needed a size or two smaller) - regardless, I didn’t fill out the chest portion [not flattering] and there was just too much fabric and bow going on generally; it overwhelmed my frame. However…I wore it backwards & tied it in the back & I kinda loved it, ha! Also, the fabric was lovely. Lightweight & comfortable.

Dream dress (size down)
One of my favourite rentals to date. Felt so beautiful in this. Fabric is truly luxurious- lightweight and buttery, glides over you. Runs a little large overall, and particularly in the bust — my mom had to pin this pretty significantly in the back, which was tricky to do while keeping the ruffle looking right, but looked great once we finally got it. Wore this on Christmas Eve, and of the many compliments I received, my favourite was from an adorable 3-year old boy at mass who was completely *mesmerized* by this dress (couldn’t stop staring at it) and eventually came up to talk to me & ask me so many questions about it. 🥹 So stinkin’ cute.

Renaissance painting dream dress
So romantic, superb quality, absolutely stunning. I didn’t actually wear this, regretfully, but I loved it so much. Straps were way too long for me so I pinned them in the back. Length is friendly to the short & tall alike. I’m 5’2” — wearing 4 inch heels here & it’s still brushing the floor just slightly. I lent this dress to my friend — she’s 5’11” — and it worked for her too!

I’m not a big checkered print gal but glad I made an exception for this. Great coat, effortlessly flattering to throw on, and definitely attention-grabbing — compliments every time I wore it, including employees from more than one coat-check (ha!). Roomy but not huge, perfect for wearing sweaters underneath. I took off one star because the fabric wasn’t the most luxe, and repeated wear does show, BUT it was still quite warm and cozy.

So flattering and so comfortable. A great wardrobe staple as it looked ✨ with virtually every sweater or top I tried with it. I felt great wearing this. Fabric holds you like a hug, snug but not too tight. The slit is quite high, so probably not appropriate for work. I wore it to dinner as pictured with black tights & boots and this Central Park West sweater (which I also loved).

Very cute, exactly as pictured. Would be flattering on any body type. Lively colourful print. I rented this to wear on a visit to San Diego in February (that time of year hosts quite a range of temperatures over the course of one day). Skirt paired beautifully with the pictured sweater in the cooler morning, as well as the cropped tank I wore underneath it in the warmer afternoon. Skirt has a nice in-between weight — not too light & not too heavy.

This dress is hot. 🔥 Wore to achieve my friend’s ‘cowgirl-sparkle’ dress code (lol) for her bachelorette party. Fit was too loose on my waist which would’ve been a dealbreaker, so I gathered some fabric on the side & cinched it with big safety pin. Voila! Length would definitely better suit a taller person, & personally I wished the back of the dress was a little lower cut. She’s not especially comfortable, particularly in the underarm regions, but what can one expect from a sequin-covered garment. All that really matters for a dress like this is that it looks great, right? 😎

Just beautiful. Head-turner for sure. Quality is impeccable & the details are so special. I opted to not use the ties for a strapless look. Dress runs a bit large — I’m typically a size 4 and rented a size 2, but I could’ve even done a size 0 — so I’d say go down a size or 2. Chest area runs large as well; I couldn’t quite fill it out but it still worked!
