The skirt has one button on the inside, which works for a small-ish waist. The wrap is tricky because you could end up flashing people when you sit down.

Really disappointed that I could not even squeeze into this dress. The waist is small. There is NO give. The top part at least has the ties so you can adjust some for a larger or smaller bust.

Nice work dress for standing still
Pros: looks nice, flattering cut, pockets, pin tuck sleeve detail. Cons: no give. waist/ribcage and tummy area a tad too small for me so looked like I was bursting out. Sleeves do not work for reaching my arms forward or up. The fabric will stop you or cut into you.

Do not eat a big meal in this dress
Pros: cute, good to amount of room in the chest and arms, flows, looks great for work and after work, nice material. Cons: no pockets and there is a button right at the waist/under the breast. There is no give. A little bit uncomfortable after I ate some food. Better for the slimmer gals I suppose.

Cute, comfy, nice color
I want to give 3.5 stars. This was easy to wear with a forgiving cut. The tie gives it shape and waist definition. Color is nice and perfect for spring and Easter. Downside is no pockets and the fabric is a little stiff, wrinkles very easily. I like that it's cotton though and not synthetic material.

Elastic waist! Classy without being boring!
I have rented this dress twice and may buy it. It feels classy, comfortable, feminine and interesting. Lots of compliments. The flow of the fabric when I walk is nice. The slit up the front is not too high, so it’s fine for work and I can sit down without flashing everyone. Perfect for work to evening or brunch or a baby shower etc.

Fun forgiving dress

Fierce triple chain bag looks great and good size
Fantastic for every day. Love the 3 different chains. I sling it like a crossbody with the chains in front. Makes it easy to wear gold or silver jewelry. I have sloped shoulders and it slips off too easily if I put it on one shoulder. Bag fits phone, wallet, sunglasses and a bit more. Only con is the bag is bit heavy, even when empty.

Pro: good pockets, easy fit hides extra pounds, sash gives a lite shape, passable for work or dinner, comfortable until it gets remotely warm then the sweat is gross Cons: polyester is not breathable, not flattering I don't understand how this passes as "designer", target could make a polyester muumuu with a sash like this for $20.

Silky feel
The dress felt so comfortable and pretty. Love the elastic waist and adjustable straps. Usually I don't like polyester but this material felt really nice and smooth. Probably would work best with no bra or paste ons because there is a hole underneath the bow so probably difficult to wear a strapless bra without it showing. I bought it!

There are no pockets or anything inside this bag. The top closes with one magnet. I live in a big city and commute by subway. I need a zipper pocket for my wallet and it's nice to have some pockets and things to organize what's inside my purse.

The cut is just wrong. Maybe if you're really tall, willing to tape the front in place and show side boob and go to the club, this dress works. Looked work friendly on the model - it's not.

The armholes are way too big so I had to wear a black tank underneath. I like how the belt snaps are adjustable in the back but several times I bent over and the snaps popped open. So there I was standing among my coworkers snapping the belt shut.
