The slit is very high--even on a short woman
Ordered to wear at work, thinking the ruching could be brought down by the tie (it looks that way in the photo)--it is only for show, you can make it higher but not lower--NSFW

Fitted but a stunning gown for formal event
Purchased the petite because I am 5'4" and a size 8--the most fitted part was the breast area--could have gone with a 10 Petite but the 8 looked good. Very clingy material, so suggest some smooth underwear or shapewear.

Too low cut and weird fitting
In theory this would have been a beautiful shirt to pair with the matching skirt or a solid color, but it was very plunging on me and also the tie made it fit weird. Would not recommend.

Lovely skirt
Fit is accurately described, there is a slit in the side of the skirt but was not an issue for me. Wore it several times but not with the matching shirt--that was a bit too much with the flounces and embroidery for my taste.

Very good quality dress with nice fit, except for the white part which kept falling off my shoulder--ended up wearing a lightweight white jacket to diguise it.

Depending upon shoes, it could be more casual or edgy--I wore it for everyday and had several compliments--paired it with boots and a wrap sweater for a risky work outfit that paid off. Many compliments.
