Purchased the petite because I am 5'4" and a size 8--the most fitted part was the breast area--could have gone with a 10 Petite but the 8 looked good. Very clingy material, so suggest some smooth underwear or shapewear. 

Beautiful fit! A little tight in the shoulders if you are a millennial  and want to throw your hands up to dance 💃🏻 

This dress is amazing! It was super comfortable and flattering and I received a ton of compliments. I have fuller hips and thighs, depending on the brand, I'm usually a size 8 or 10 in jeans, the size 10 fit perfectly.


If you want to stand out this is your dress!  Length was great with 3in heels.  I’m a typical 8 and this fit well.

I have big boobs but this was two sizes up and fit perfectly so just keep that in mind. got so many compliments and overall loved the dress

The color is perfect, very elegant for a ball or wedding, to dance I just put the sleeves on my shoulders lol but it worked! 

I wore this to a black tie wedding and received so many compliments. It is the perfect shade of red. I will say it was hard to hug people and lift my arms throughout the night (dancing, etc) so if that is important to you, you may want to look for another style. I am also tall and with heels this was the perfect length. Otherwise a stunning dress and flattering for your neckline.

I ordered this as an alternative for a wedding. I have on a size 12 and normally wear 10 to 12. I wish I had the 10 because it was too large across my back. I plan on ordering it for a different party in 10. 

I got so many compliments on this classic and elegant piece. All night, people were asking where I got this dress from. Would rent again!

I'm a size 34A so this neckline/ bust area was too big and wouldn't stay up. I most likely would've rented a 2R if I could've gotten my true size - it fits better throughout the dress.

I loved the dress. It was perfect for the gala I attended. I got lots of compliments. 

The shade of red was stunning as was the silhouette of the gown. I received numerous compliments throughout the evening and I felt so beautiful (which is what we all want,right?).  I have rented from RTR twice before and each time I was so happy with my gowns and the service. Can’t recommend this company or this dress enough!

This beautiful piece will shine at any formal affair. The off the shoulder sash and beautiful pleating give off an understated elegance. 

This dress has a slight a-line fit for a column gown. There is no stretch in the body, only in the top. The dress would suit larger chests over smaller chests. It shows curves, including bellies (freshly postpartum), even through good shapewear. If you have a smaller/flatter midsection and hip area, you will thrive in this gown. Otherwise, if you’re like me and love the design, you make it work.

It is tight on the top due to the style on the shoulders, but can make it work. The style is perfect for enhancing figure without highlighting areas that might not be desirable. Definitely size up, I am usually size 10-12 this one at 14 barely fit. 

Just know it is difficult to move your arms. This dress was stunning and amazing quality. 

Opted to wear a different dress for a December wedding.  This was gorgeous on. I would've wanted a 0R instead of the 2R. It would've been a tighter more flattering fit. 

Felt beautiful in this dress. I'm a perfect world I would have had one size bigger for my chest, so it was a bit revealing

I wore this dress to an evening, formal wedding and it's easily the most compliments I've ever received on an item I've rented from RTR. I felt like a vision in it! I probably could have sized down to a 10R but the 12R worked. Only negative is that the flutter sleeve can feel a bit restrictive, but I would totally rent this item again. 

The dress was so pretty and comfortable. The lining did ride up a bit, which was annoying

Great gala dress. shows a lot of cleavage and shows of your curves. Must use shape wear as the mid section is tight and will show your belly. Also  

Beautiful dress fit like a glove. I got so many compliments.  I have an hourglass shape and DD boobs and the underwire insert held up so nicely without needing any bra. 

Absolutely loved this dress. Fit perfectly. Stunning color and material.

Fit pretty well but loose in the bust, even for someone with a chest.

I got this for a Gala but did not wear it. The material is heavy and once on, although it fit well, I felt very matronly. I am guessing others did, too, because the tags were still on the dress (though it had very clearly been dry cleaned a number of times). The plus is the color was gorgeous. Additionally, my husband liked it.
