Definitely fits small. The back up size allowed me to move and breathe easier than the 0. I also did not have any problems with the zipper staying up behind the neck. I recommend wearing without a strapless bra and opt for the jelly cups from victoria secret (or something similar), you'll have a better fit and won't have to worry about making sure your bra isn't showing in the back.
