Too heavy to hang right
This dress adds serious weight! It's beautiful but the fabric is so heavy it hangs really wrong. Not good for most body types but tall and slim I would think. Small was way too big for me.

My only issue with this dress was super low cut. I felt like everyone was looking at my chest. But it felt and looked lovely!

Great fabric for such a tight dress. I would say I agree with the others it's tight on the hips but loose up top. I would have liked to see what the small fit like.

LOVE this dress. Super cute and professional.
I added a necklace to this dress and my outfit was perfection. The material is really quite pretty. It looks much more expensive in person. Will rent again. Fit was perfect for curvy girls since it highlights the waist.

High quality dress, professional and pretty.
I think I would have liked to see what a 42 looked like. I'm petite and curvy so its not really a proper shift dress on me. It is extremely comfortable but does wrinkle very easily.

As the other reviewers said this dress is loud. If your ok with that then this dress is awesome. I'm a 4/6 and the medium fit good. I don't think a small would have fit in the arms...

I actually wore a 0 in this dress, for petites sizing way Down is the way to go because it's long. A great summer flowy dress. With pockets and two toned fabric makes it look pricey and different.

I loved this dress. I wore it on a work trip to China. It was 100 plus smog and the dress was nice and light. My only issue was that my Chinese colleague asked if I was hiding a baby bump :(

I was worried about the dress cause I'm petite but it fit perfectly. The arms were tight and I couldn't get it off by myself but it was totally worth it. The material is forgiving and the length was slimming!

I loved the colors if this dress. In person I felt like the dress wore me cause I'm petite. But obviously it photographed well! I needed a size 2. The 4 was swimming on me. I had to cinch up the belt.

I was a size 4 when I rented this size 8 and it was still super tight. It was comfortable standing but wasn't so good to sit in. But beauty is painful. It's the best dress I have rented so far.

This isn't a great picture it was super flattering on me! I worn this dress on a day trip to Bethlehem and Jerusalem it was enough coverage, kept me cool and looked great all day.

I love this dress even though it runs huge.
I wouldn't wear this anywhere nice due to its lack of structure but it was the perfect dress for a long drive to the hamptons. And good casual bbq drinking dress.

This dress has so much potential maybe on a slimmer girl it could be perfect
I loved the color and my husband loved the dress. I wore the size 8 because the 6 you could see the liner of the dress. Overall not a great fit on me. I have worn several jay Godfrey dresses before but this one just didn't fit. The material needed to be thicker.

This dress is impressive in a sea of sheaths. The lilac is quite light and the zippers are gold. From the pic they look silver. I will caution that the waist is tight and you will need someone to zip it up. But it's not impossible, if your petite you will need double sided tape to keep it in place for when you sit down.

This dress is so perfect. Except if your short I had to have the straps temporarily shortened. After that was fixed... It was the perfect dress. The color is vibrant and the fit is like modern 50's. The skirt has a very high end look and feel. I will rent again.

The dress was very big on me. I had the straps temporarily sewn shorter to make it work. I might have needed two sizes smaller to really fit proper. I was worried about the room in my hips. But the dress is forgiving!
