Just too tight
Never wore it. Too tight around the middle and that caused the waist to bunch up the top. The dots are very borderline. Blue? Black? Very nice formal material. Sort of heavy silky feeling.

Perfect with high-waisted bottoms
Have had lots of fun styling this with high-waisted pants and shorts. Definitely cropped but hits just right to keep from baring too much. Went with the M over small and was glad I did as it it perfectly snug.

Giant and amazing
Glad I sized down to XS as this still fits a little like a wide-cut man's vacation shirt. Love the pattern, comfortable, hip, breathable, and fun. Lots of compliments from friends and strangers. I've worn it tied at the waist or tucked into high-waisted little jean shorts.

There wasn't something specifically wrong with the dress, but it added up as "OK" on me. Unusual cut without a defined waist but a little fitted on the hips. Glad I got a medium. Not sure the colors flattered my paler complexion.

Great sequin pattern and flattering shape, but a little worn on the inside.
While the sequins weren't itchy, some of the wiring and boning in the bodice was poking through. Also restrictive of my arms so was hard to move them while wearing. Lots of compliments and flattering shape even though I'm normally self-conscious of wearing dresses right across my hips and stomach.

Almost sheer -- wore a slip just to be safe. Totally breathable and airy -- like wearing soft tissue paper. Cottony casual material that might be able to be dressed up a bit with the right accessories.

Amazingly high-waisted!
Loved, loved, loved. Would have bought if not so expensive. Super high-waisted and cinched, which worked great on my pear shape. Tons of compliments about being "on-trend" and "casual fabulous." Jeans material with a great dye that feels a hair dressier than regular jeans dye.

Hard to tell from the photos, but the neckline is open/movable all the way to the waistband. Just be prepared with fashion tape if you plan to wear to a more conservative event or work!

The cutest thing ever
I LOVED this dress and would have kept it if it were not so expensive for a sundress. It fit very exactly (if I put on a few pounds don't think I could zip it. I'm 5'7", about 135, and a 36B bra. The top half of the dress only just fit and looked perfect on, while the bottom was forgiving with the wider skirt.

The middle felt a little bunchy on me in a way that was unforgiving -- maybe because I am bigger in the hips than the bust and a bit short-waisted. But it is definitely a statement dress and I had a lot of fun wearing it!

Gorgeous but huge.
Wore a 2 (after reading other reviews), but would usually go for a 4 or 6 (smaller top, larger hips). Needed a little Hollywood tape to keep the chest in place, but worked pretty well. The slit is HIGH but I was kind of into that. Added some sexiness to an otherwise slightly shapeless gown. Definitely size down one or two sizes! But rent it because it's a serious statement dress for any event!

Cute OR sexy!
Normally run between a 4 and 6 (bigger hips, smaller bust) and wish I'd sized down to the 4. It would've still fit in the hips. Wore it twice and the fit loosened up a bit too much on me. Super cute dress though and the looser cut made it more work appropriate than weekend-wear.

Too low-cut for work and tight at the waist
The fabric is even prettier in person but it's just so low-cut it's tough to figure out a bra that won't show. Fabric also flows as beautifully as the other reviewers say. Wanted to love so much but it was too tight in the wait (4 usually fits me) and to go bigger would've made the bust gape even more.

Endless Compliments
It's just so much better in person than it photographs. Just incredible attention to detail. Had strangers at the wedding (including the photographer) come up to tell me how much they loved the dress. The fit photographs a little oddly, but it was very comfortable and beyond pretty in person. Felt the 4 was good for me (usually 4 on top, 6 bottom). A bit loose, but think it fits better that way so it doesn't pull. A 2 would have been very tight I think, if it fit at all.

Cool and casual
Hilarious shape before you tie it. Like a caped tunic. Not a tight or svelte dress, but still wonderfully elegant and breathable. Summer chic and lightweight. Large armholes, so wore a skin-colored bra for less noticeability. Wore to work but feels like a dress for vacationing in Italy. Had several compliments in the office and one from a woman on the street who told me it was "sexy," so maybe it moves better than it photographs!

Though it's floaty and flowy and hides your shape some, definitely doesn't feel like a potato sack.
Usually a 4 up top and 6 in the hips and this fit nicely. A little longer than expected but still looked good. Fabric feels very fragile but was still in new condition with no wear and tear, which was great.

Form-fitted, but not unflattering. Only problem is if you want to wear shapewear you're very limited in what to use, since there's a lot of bare skin under the lace.

Nice fit, even for lumpy hips
Flattering on. Top ran a hair large on me, bottom fit snugly without being too tight. Print in fabric doesn't look as nice in person as I'd have hoped but still fun colors. I have bigger hips, smaller top, so was a little surprised the 4 fit well in the hips (usually would need a 6 for a tight dress). Felt good about the size for me (a 4 top, 6 bottom usually).

Could've sized down
I'm lighter on top, which means can be tough to figure out if I'm a 6 or 4 sometimes. Didn't end up wearing this size 6 because it felt too big from the waist up. Was concerned about the 4 being too short, but think it would've worked. With the all-over embroidery was also heavier feeling than I expected, so plan to wear this in cooler weather.
