Perfect for black tie optional
I love this dress! It's very flattering and very well made. The fabric is think and beautiful. I went to a black tie optional event (I hate this dress code, b/c it's so confusing) and this worked out very well. My husband wore a tux and we looked appropriate next to each other but I never looked over dressed or under dressed compared to the other attendees. I will say that I had a bit of a panic when I got an email from Rent the Runway the day my order was suppose to be shipped out that my backup size wasn't available. It wouldn't have stressed me out as bad if there were other dresses I liked available, but I guess with it being valentines weekend the pickings were pretty slim. I'm just so thankful that I didn't need my backup size and that this dress fit. I will say that I'm pretty short wasted and I feel like this would have fit better if the straps where about a 1/2 inch shorter. It would have made me feel less like I was "busting out" :) But I just used some fashion tape and sat up straight and it all worked out.

Too big?
I was so excited about this dress and had been wanting to rent it for so long, but it just really feel flat on me. I'm guessing that it was too big b/c it just looked frumpy but it looks so good on everyone else. I normally wear a 4 and it the other dress I rented I barely fit into a medium but I guess I should try a 2 in this next time. Needless to say, I wore the other dress that was the backup.

Really pretty and dressed up the look
These are really beautiful earrings! I was worried about them being too heavy, but they weren't at all! Very comfortable. I wore them to dress up a short lace dress to a black tie optional wedding. That optional always confuses me so I thought I'd go less formal with the dress and use the earrings bring some sparkle and it worked!

Pretty dress but it was tight!
I rented this for a black-tie optional wedding. When I first got the dress the size medium looked a little worn out. The small was in great condition but I couldn't even start to fit in it as the medium was a little on the tight side. I called rent-the-runway and thankfully they had another size medium that they overnighted it to me. It was in much better shape. Their customer service was great. The back of this dress is really beautiful so I I styled my hair to one side to show it off. My husband liked the dress and it fit the need, but this wasn't my favorite dress. Probably because I was self-conscience about the fit.

I can't tell you how much I loved this dress!!! It was so beautifully made, the fabric was amazing, it fit like a glove! The UK size 10 was a US size 4. I wore it to my brother-in-laws rehearsal dinner and everyone, young and old, family and friends went on and on about how great it looked. I was worried about it being too small but it really isn't small, just really short. If you are worried about length or are going to be sitting a long time I wouldn't rent this dress. We were standing and mingling the whole night except for dinner and I was under a table cloth with a napkin on my lap to keep covered. That's how short it is :) I'm so sad that I didn't get one good picture of my husband and myself. Unfortantly the only picture I have is from trying it on and trying to decide which dress to wear.

Love it!
Such a great color! It's a little more green than blue and works well with lots of things. I rented it because I thought it would work with my main dress (the pink) or my backup dress (the yellow). My husband loved both dresses but said that neither of them would have been as cute without the necklace. It really made the outfit. I wore this to my brother-in-laws rehearsal dinner and the whole family and all our friends were full of complements.

I love this style bag!!
This is the third time that I have rented this style bag, just in a different color each time. It's the perfect size if you are wanting something a little more casual. I can fit my phone, compact, lipstick, lip-gloss, credit card, i.d., cash. It's great! I also like that it can be a clutch or have the chain. This time we went to a party that was more casual in theme, "Mexican Fiesta" so I wore it cross body so I wouldn't loose it. Please excuse the picture. My hubby had a few too many margaritas and this was the only picture that I got of my whole outfit.

I wore this to spice up a dress to make it match the theme of "Mexican Fiesta" It looked great with the orange-red dress but unfortunately it got cold and I had to cover up most of the dress with a sweater. I also wore it to work and it looked so cute with just some skinny jeans and a simple shirt and pumps.

Went a little out of the ordinary for our anniversary dinner
One of the things I love about rent the runway is that I can try something that I wouldn't typically wear and not worry about it. I let my husband pick out the dress for our 10 year anniversary dinner. If I wear something short, I normally don't wear something with a low cut neckline or too tight, but this was all three! But I didn't feel too crazy in it. It's really nicely made and is pretty and flattering. You can't tell by the pictures but there is lace all over the dress. I got complements when we went for drinks before dinner and all night during dinner. My husband really loved it and made me take several pictures.

It seemed a little light, but maybe that's a good thing...
When I first opened it I was a little disappointed at how light it felt, but it looked great with the dress and it turned out to be nice that it wasn't too heavy. I really didn't notice it all night long, unlike some heavier necklaces I've worn in the past.

Really cute! I always try to rent the whole look and really enjoyed what this cuff did for the outfit, plus it was a great price to rent it! I have really little wrist and hands so it's great that it has some give to it. I could adjust it a little to tighten around my arm which was great.

I loved the color and the design, but it was pretty little. I could only fit my phone, lip gloss and a credit card. I'm glad my hubby was okay caring the car keys because they wouldn't fit.

Very flattering! Lots of compliments!
Wore this to a family wedding and I was a little self-conscience at first, but got tons of complements. The color is lovely and despite being tighter and shorter than I would normally wear it is very flattering. I felt fabulous after a short amount of time. This would be great for an afternoon, more casual event. Oh, and it does run super small! In brands like JCrew and Banana Republic I wear a 4 but normally wear a 6 in most brands from rent the runway (BCBG I go 4 or 6) but had to wear an 8 in this tight little thing.

Easy to dress up or down
I wore it on a Friday night to see live country music with my hubby. It looked so cute with a big belt and cowboy boots. Wore it Sunday morning to church with extended family the morning after a wedding with nude heals and the belt that comes along with it. It's a great color and comfortable. My husband wanted me to try to buy it as he loved it so much.

Lots of complements and really comfortable!
I wore this dress b/c of the side zip since I didn't have anyone to help me zip the other dress I rented, but it worked out great and I really felt beautiful and comfortable! It was a long night... wedding at 7, but trolley to the church started at 6... dinner reception, dancing and midnight snack. Needless to say I felt great even at 2 in the morning. I got lots of complements all night and my hubby loved the dress. Sorry about the picture. This is the only one I taken of me that night! (Crazy, it's with our university mascot!) But the hubby was in the wedding so it was more about the bridal party than me, which is how it should be.

I will say go up at least one size, if not two. I could size the smaller size, but it didn't look as good, drape as nicely as the one two sizes up. I wanted to wear this dress, but my husband was in the wedding and already gone taking pictures and I couldn't get the back zipped by myself. Good thing my back up dress had a side zip! LOL!
