I wore this dress for my bridal shower brunch in Chicago. The dress can also be worn for those looking to wear an elegant, but simple/classic dress for their actual wedding. I received many compliments on the dress, and some people (non-guests) thought that the dress was my actual wedding day dress. The dress was true to size and was SUPER comfortable. I wore the dress with a white bra, and for those ladies who can't wear strapless bras, you can absolutely wear this dress with a white bra that has straps. Although you will see the bra straps behind the lace, it actually looks like it is part of the dress. I have a very hourglass/Latina curvy shape, but I feel like the dress complimented my shape versus making me look straight up & down the way some dresses do. I paired the dress with the Come Fly with Me Veil and Silver Glitz Bangle Set. They were the perfect finishing touches to the outfit. I also wore the dress with silver chandelier earrings and rhinestone silver stilettos. All the accessories really help complete the outfit according to my own personal style (I love bling!). But, the dress can most certainly be accessorized with more basic pieces as well. Overall, the dress helped make my special day unique and truly made me feel like a beautiful bride-to-be!

Wore this dress to a baptism and received many compliments. It is very appropriate for a vairety of events (i.e. Baptisms, weddings, etc.). I usually am in between a size 4 & 6. The size 4 fit perfectly except that it ran a little bit tight in the booty area(especially true if you have a Puerto Rican J.Lo booty like me). I could have gotten away with wearing the tighter size 4, but I did not think that it was appropriate for a church gathering (I didn't want to be that girl in church). Therefore, I wore the size 6. The size 6 fit more comfortably, but ran a little bit big in the waist and the straps of the dress were too long making the dress a little too low cut in the bust area (I wore a cami underneath the dress and cardigan with it just for added coverage). For the most part, it is a nice fitting dress and is very versatile. FYI: the dress is not made out of stretch material.

I wore this dress for a very elegant wedding this weekend at a country club. Received many compliments and even though the dress is very sparkly, it is not overdone. In regards to the fit, I am usually between a size 4-6, but had to go with a size 8 for it to properly fit over my bottom half without the dress bunching up. It runs a a bit small, especially if you have a J.Lo booty like me. If this is the case, go with a size up. If you have a smaller chest, don't worry about the chest area being too baggy because there isn't that much of a size difference. The dress is very flattering and looks great with or without nylon/tights. I wore the dress with black tights and black wedges, black and gold earrings, and a black statement bracelet. Overall, the dress is very classy and sexy. It's simply elegant for any occasion.
