Simple and not exactly a show-stopper, but nice color and flattering fit
... bust button kept popping open so I'd def recommend a cami underneath and also maybe size up if things are ever tight for you in the chest

Simple and pretty, but runs small
I usually wear a size 12 or L for a top. This was an XXL and fit perfectly. I'm not particularly busty, but do have broad shoulders and a wide rib cage. Just FYI to anyone who may be larger up top I would definitely size up at least one size

Unevenly sized... small on top large on bottom
It looked fine from the waist/chest up for on camera work, but the top was just right and the bottom half felt several sizes too big. This was a 14 and I usually wear a 12

Loved this for work but would wear it out too! I sized up to an XL and it was roomy but fine, but I probably could have done a Large instead. It's a forgiving cut that can work super blousy or more fitted and tucked in

I sized up and it was still tight through the mid-section. The sleeves are extremely large and dramatic... cool for an event or evening... a little much (IMO) for everyday work

Unflattering and inconsistently sized!
I was so excited about this from the picture, but in real life it was tight up too and bizarrely pillowy at the bottom. Didn't hang well open OR closed. Very disappointing.

Rompers often give me wedgies bc I'm tall, but this one was long enough in the crotch. Barely. But it was fine standing and just barely long enough when I sat. Pants length was a little short too, but I just rolled them up to make it look intentional. The large was very roomy through the mid-section, but the medium probably would have been way too short

Short, but cute shoulder details!
It was too short for me to wear as a dress, so I just paired it with Spanx leggings and that worked! Prolly would have been better suited for a night out, but I wore it to work bc I liked the look of the top half so much! A little tight through the chest and ribs for me, but otherwise v comfy

Flattering cut and gorgeous color!
LOVED the strong shoulders and ruched waist... makes for a very flattering silhouhette. The slit can get a little high especially if you are tall, but only when I sat down. RTR automatically sized me up and I'm glad bc I usually wear a 12 and this 14 fit me well, but was snug on top. If you're larger through the chest or shoulders I would definitely size up

So cool, but runs VERY small
Love love love the cut and lines of this, but it was so small I couldn't even button any of the buttons. I can almost always fit a "normal" size 12, so if you're larger through shoulders, bust or rib cage area I would definitely size up on this one!
