I thought the sleeves would be too ultra-modern for my style. My concerns were put to rest when hubby told me I looked "classy ".  Loved the zippered front and the length. It sat perfect at the waistline. 

Can't say enough how gorgeous this shirt is. It is so flattering and comfortable (stretchy material!!) and just makes a striking statement. Tons of compliments! Can be dressed up for work or would look fab w jeans too

I loved the shirt the moment I put it on. The fit is comfortable with room but keeps nice shape in the corset area. If you decide to leave it unzipped, it holds it shape nice. Great length to be tucked in. Great twist on a classic white shirt.

i first rented this top and didn't know what to pair it with until i saw the tibi skirt. loved wearing this so much. two small cons, i wish i ordered a two instead of a four because of the waist, the sleeves on these are oversized so going down would be easy, i just wanted it more fitted on the waist as well, and also the sleeves aren't tight they sort of just hang, i've been noticing that with tibi pieces but it totally didn't matter, compliments all day 

I loved the clean lines of this shirt. It was plenty comfortable although just a tad short for tucking into my high-waisted pants. Worn for work. 

 I wore this top as my second outfit for my bachelorette party. (Hey with RTR you can be as extra as you want!) I love Tibi, the structure, lines and cuts of their pieces. This top is no exception. It's so well made, the fabric is stretchy and the balloon sleeves I found can be styled in many different ways. I even think this top could work as a light layer of used open. It closes with a zipper, so you get to choose how much cleavage you want to show. Overall a winner! 

This shirt fit like a glove and hugged in all the right places. Form fitting without being constricting, the fabric is forgiving but it has great structure. Just enough puff on the sleeves. Love!

This worked great on me. Wore to work a few times. Great fabric with heft. The sleeves are so unique. Received many compliments.

I love a structured top and this checked a lot of boxes for me. It wore well both zipped (as a top) and unzipped (as a jacket). A cami helped smooth the look when it was zipped. 

One of the reasons I joined RTR was to try different styles.  This is a great shirt/blouse, but the sleeves were too much for me.  My 21 year old daughter liked it.

This shirt is amazing. The material is pretty structured, and the sleeves are gorgeous. Zipper close gives it a bit of a jacket feel. Definitely something you can dress up because it is so elegant!

I received so many compliments on this shirt.  Practically everyone I ran into gave me a compliment.  Great sturdy fabric.  The sleeves really add a classy and fashionable look.  You can wear it in or out and can even wear it as a jacket.  Very versatile!  I am buying this one.

Thick fabric so better for cooler weather. 

I've worn this in the past when I was about 10 pounds lighter and loved it. But it was just not flattering at this point in my life. Wonderful quality, well made and fun sleeves. 

Fitted enough that is works nicely under jackets.

The top is a little bit dressier than I expected. I wore it tucked into straight leg dress pants. It's cute but nothing special.

This was a beautifully made piece and felt extremely high end and dressy. It is a little long and big despite being listed as a ‘corset’ fit. 

Lots of compliments on this piece. It worked well with high waisted jeans and work pants. I went with one size up and it was a perfect fit. 

Cannot say enough good things about this jacket! Absolutely loved wearing it. It has a very slimming effect with the darting. Fabulous!!
