Loved it!
Loved the dress. Lots of compliments. It's that little something more than just that basic black dress. Weeee bit tight through the midsection though, so spanx were a necessity to keep everything smooth. I opted for a 'long' and at 5'5" with 4" heels I think it was just perfect.

Loved the dress!
Loooooved this dress. Had lots of compliments all night! That being said, it almost didn't happen. Per a number of the reviews, I ordered a size smaller than normal - almost was a mistake. Turns out I was gonna have some PMS bloating, for the event ( greeeeeat) and there's VERY little wiggle room (absolutely NO STRETCH) in this dress through the midsection and bust. I tried it on the day before the event and it was so uncomfortable I was certain I would not be able to wear it. But I decided to wait until the next morning to try again. Because some bloating had gone down overnight, I had the room to juuuuust get the dress done up. So I decided to wear it that evening (and pretty much eat nothing all day pre-event). Once I was in it, it looked great and I loved the style it brought. I super loved the pockets! And while it was tight (and only got tighter as I ate dinner and dessert) it never *looked* tight - so I guess it all worked out. When I got home though - the euphoria in getting it off was amazing. Overall, I recommend, just perhaps check your cycle calendar first. ;-)

No. Does not stay on ear at all
Luckily I read the reviews before ordering, so I made sure to also have another pair of more conventional earrings on standby if this didn't work out. I love the theory of this ear cuff, but even after a long time of trying, I could not sort out how to keep it on. Put it back in the box and moved on.

Great earrings. Had large visual impact but were rather lightweight and comfortable (and I'm not a fan of wearing earrings). Photographed well.

Not as heavy as you'd imagine!
I actually thought these would be too heavy and that I'd just wear them for the start of the event and the photos and then take them out and put them in my purse for the rest of the evening. I am not one that wears earrings regularly and normally they tend to bother me after an hour or so of use - but not these - which surprised me. They brought a lot of sparkle to my party game AND I even managed to cut a few rugs on the dance floor with these on. They also photograph beautifully!

So. Many. Compliments.
Just as every other review states, the bottom is a bit small, while the top is rather roomy. I opted to go with the 6, even though it was a little snug in the bottom, as the 8 was just too loose and "bulky" up top (and I even have a little midsection that I normally like to keep hidden). Also true to the other reviews, this dress rides up, but the fabric is so lovely, you're not fighting with it to pull it down, like you might with lesser dresses. It simply pulls back down and you're off and back to dancing. I read the other reviews and used fashion tape to keep the back / shoulders in place, so had no issues with it falling. Overall, it's a VERY flattering dress that photographs very well. I'm very thrilled with this first RTR experience. Will most def do again!

Loved these earrings for their dramatic impact!
LOVED the dramatic impact these earrings made. Once I put them on, the glam factor was elevated and my entire look came together. They were HEAVY, but bearable for most of the evening (wedding reception), but once the dancing became spirited, I had to take them off. They were just too heavy. But overall, loved them and the overall glam they brought to my outfit!
