Wonderful for art gallery openings and holiday photos
I styled it with some tall boots for an art gallery openings of my work, and then styled it with dark accessories and winter face paint for a Krampus holiday photo shoot.

The fabric feels like a blouse fabric but bunches lots and it’s challenging to get the fit to look like what you see in the photo. Ended up not wearing it at all, which is a bummer.

Amazing silhouette. Winter dress.
I made the mistake of ordering it in the summer and the more snug collar and the sleeves definitely would fit a transition season or a winter / fall vibe much more. I would definitely buy this one if it were within my budget. This dress is a statement that shows you like your style but it doesn’t scream that you’re better than everybody else, which is good. One of my favorite RTR pieces ever!

Looks and fits like old money but the fabric reminds me of dresses my mom and I used to try on at Macy’s but find for way cheaper at JC Penney and Kohl’s. It feels and up close even looks like polyester so if that’s not your vibe I wouldn’t recommend it. I wore it to a work luncheon and the silhouette was good and the waistline forgiving for a big meal.

Wore a blazer over this all day even though it was warm because the arm openings were a bit large and showed the bra. If I had a right tank top under it , that would have worked much better. A bit of an unflattering cut for my body shape but it was good to try something new.

The dress is not really lined; there’s some fabric-like quality to the reverse side of what feels like leatherette on the dress but I wouldn’t wear it in any weather warmer than 70° F or 20° C because you will sweat. Flattering silhouette; good cut for a midi dress.

I wore this to work and to an opening reception of a friend's business and got lots of compliments on it. Bought two vintage thrifted necklace strands and two rings to compliment it for less than $15 total and it was a hit.

Just enough sheen, can be dressed down
I wore it with pleather leggings and high heel booties for the NYE party and it was a good layered winter look, with a faux leather jacket, as well, for rocking in the New Year. It's comfortable and the zipper is solid. It is double-lined at the top, feeling solid, and the adjustable straps make it fit just right. Would consider buying this one.

Fit like a glove, needed to unzip to drive though!
Really comfortable; the straps saved the day because I wore it without a bra and the fit had just enough coverage to be comfortable at a murder mystery dinner party but the straps made sure I could play my eccentric character and use full movement without needing to adjust the dress. If I ordered a Small, the top would not have been snug and I’m glad I went with the size RTR recommended!
