I rented this for vacation at 30 weeks and never wore it. It was very unflattering - both the fit and the color. Armholes were too big. Didn't drape well over my belly. Color was too attention-grabbing. Just blech.

The only drawback is that the fabric is a little too warm in overheated spaces, so I recommend wearing a layer underneath.

I rented this at 31 weeks pregnant. It still had the tag in it so I think I was the first to wear it. It is a really flattering fit. Draped well over my belly, not too short in length or low-cut in the bust, and the fabric is a nice silk that doesn't wrinkle. I also liked the pattern - it doesn't look like a floral tablecloth, like so many maternity clothes do! Overall I highly recommend this maternity blouse. The only problem is that the silk fabric seems prone to snags, so not sure about long-term wear-and-tear.

I wore this dress several times at 27-28 weeks pregnant and was complimented by almost everyone who saw me - even a stranger on the street. It is a flattering, comfortable fit for maternity and the print is really fun. I think it would fit me all the way to 40 weeks and I definitely plan to rent it again. My only tiny complaint is that the slit at the neckline is a little lower than I would like for work.
