Cute, and comfortable enough.
Skirt is short, but I had tights underneath, so it was ok. It's not stretchy, and fits snug. It was almost too Ocktoberfest-y for me; felt like I was wearing a costume.

Compliments and comfort.
It's very comfortable and casual, but stylish! I added a denim jacket, wore with some ankle boots. Easy peasy.

The fold kept sliding down/unfolding.
It's pretty when it's holding. But after the first hour or so, the material stretched, and the fold isn't holding anymore. It was sliding down all the rest of the day I had it on. I tried tapes, and pins, but to no avail. I had to constantly pull it up so I don't look like I am wearing a box sack. It's not a good fit for my body type (straight and narrow).
