This was great for work. It’s a very simple dress but the material is comfortable and you can tell it’s well structured. I loved it. 

Super flattering, lots of compliments, and very comfortable- felt like wearing PJs but looked very professional!

This dress was SO comfy. And looks short but actually works. I feel like a girl who went to see the Beatles in 1960’s London. Totally great. 

Other than being so short, the dress was cute and fit well. But way too short to wear. 

The profile! The print! Felt like at first glance it was "oh nice a dress" but there were a lot of high quality details that made it so fun to wear and a bit different than the ordinary. 

I signed up for RTR to avoid shipping but I loved this dress so much I bought it.  Everyone at work convinced me I needed to own it.  I'm usually a M and it fit true to size.  Super comfortable and loved the print. 

Holy moly… This dress is short! I'm 5'9" and while I do know my legs are a touch longer than my torso, this number was 4 inches from my crotch. The material itself is extremely soft and very comfortable, but like others have said, the zipper does not lay flat on your back and it creates lots of bumps in the silhouette running from your neck to the bottom of the dress.

Great work dress that could be styled for any season. The fit was true to size but is relatively short which is nice for someone who is short! 

Nice stretchy material. A little tight on my bust, but not unflattering. I'll probably where spanks with because It is form fitting. Hangs well and is cute and appropriate for an office setting. 

Maybe should have gotten the small. I thought it was a black dress so wasn't sure what color tights to wear!!! Went with a dark gray! Would consider buying!!!

It's definitely short so paired with tights and flat boots for work. Comfortable material. Only complaint is that the zipper is rippled.

I love this dress so much. Fits perfectly--TTS--and not too short for my conservative office. The windowpane detail is so cute. 

It's comfortable, warm (northeast winter), and has an elegant silhouette.  I have a curvy backside and it minimized while still showing my figure.  The material has some stretch to it as well.  To dress it up I just threw on a sparkly necklace and over the knee high heeled boots.  In love with this dress.

I was so excited to get this dress. When I put it on, I found that the fabric around the zipper gathered and made it look like I had bumps doing down my back. It's also very short (not something I expected to write since I'm 5'3")! Super disappointing!!! 

This dress is incredibly cute which you can dress up or down. I paired with tall black leather boots and a belt. It's a little longer than it seems in photos but overall quite quality dress. A pretty thick material

Really great work dress.  Comfortable and looks good under a blazer or on its own.  Would definitely rent again.

I had doubts about this dress, but ultimately quite liked it. It was soft and had a conservative cut, and was comfy for work. I didn't realize until after it had shipped that it had the square patterns on it, making it more than a black dress. The waist and skirt hang low, which I don't normally like, but on this it works!

Flattering and great wrinkle proof material.

 Actually a plaid, thought it was black but I liked the latter .  I did not personally like the neckline, it was like a mock turtleneck but lower. 

Fabric is comfortable and soft on this shift. Looks great for Fall with tights, boots and a long necklace. (See photo). Would have like to try a small just to see, but I like that the waist was tailored, and not straight. 
Approval from co-workers, and Willis the Weather Dog! 
Looked good for on camera work as meteorologist (essentially full length). 

This dress is such nice material. Very comfortable and forgiving. I really liked it a lot for work. I did not wear it because I thought it made me look top heavy. It didn't fall in the right place for me with a short torso. Definitely made for someone taller. 

Great basic Theory dress that was both cute and comfortable. Material is soft but thick. Overall fit is true to size but the cut is forgiving. I'll probably rent this one again!
