The dress is definitely form fitting but fits pretty true to size. I got a million complement son the dress and those who didn't outwardly complement the dress were definitely checking it out.

Great dress for a daytime party. Since I planned on wearing with flats I wore the regular length and it worked great. Flattering fit and fun to wear!

Great for a classy night out on the town.
I wore this dress for a work celebratory dinner. It was a big hit! I got multiple compliments from both men and women on the dress which is understated but has just the right amount of sass with the sequins. I paired it with a great statement necklace and nude heels. I liked that the dress wasn't too short but showed off your curves and just the right amount of leg. It was age appropriate and still sexy. Would recommend!

Great dress for a holiday party!
I wore this dress for a friend's holiday cocktail party. The dress was a hit. I was in between a 4 and a 6 so wish the fit would have been a bit better on me but overall a beautiful dress and classy and beautiful for the season.

Just the right amount of sparkle!
I wore these beautiful earrings for an awards banquet for work with the Rachel Roy Listen Up Dress. Lindsey paired these earrings with the dress and they were a huge hit. They really made the outfit complete. I received so many compliments! The earrings were surprizingly not too heavy and had just the right amount of sparkle to really make my look special. Thanks RTR!

I wore this dress to a more casual work event. I got tons of compliments and the dress was super comfortable. I paired the dress with a navy blazer and a great statement necklace which looked fantastic. The blazer gave the dress a bit more shape.

I can't begin to tell you how impressed I am with the crew at Rent the Runway and your World Class Customer Service that rivals the Ritz Carlton! The RTR stylist, Lindsey, was fantastic in helping me select the Rachel Roy Listen Up dress for my Company Annual Awards Banquet. She gave great suggestions for sizing and even threw in the beautiful gem-stone earrings which went perfectly with the dress! Right before my event, the back-up size for the dress became unavailable. Neil, a fantastic RTR customer service rock-star, was so amazing. He emailed me offering a second dress of any price for free in case the dress didn't fit. He said that if neither option worked he would send other dresses! So nice and so dedicated to making sure that my event went off without a hitch and that I felt great in what I was wearing! I selected the beautiful navy blue Cushnie Et Ochs "Next Level Sheath." Thankfully, the Rachel Roy dress fit me perfectly. Ironically, the Coshine Et Ochs fit my colleague, Elaine, like it was made for her so she ditched the other dress she had planned on wearing and rocked this dress! She looked so absolutely amazing that I had to share these pictures. I also tried on the dress and it was a bit tight up top for me because I have broader shoulders. I would size up if you have broader shoulders or a wider rib-cage. Elaine has a great hour-glass shape. This is a great dress for a pear shape. For a formal affair some type of statement necklace really sets off the dress. Elaine got tons of complements and looked like a supermodel. I can't say enough wonderful things about Rent the Runway and your fantastic customer service. Rent the Runway dressed three Lucas Group girls at this year's Year End Meeting. I wouldn't be surprised if RTR dressed the entire Female staff next year as we were all absolutely singing your praises! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Show-stopper dress + winning Branch of the Year at Annual Company Meeting = unforgettable night!
I wore this beautiful Cobalt Blue dress for my company's annual meeting awards banquet. The dress was an absolute hit! I got SO many compliments and felt amazing in this dress which was also extremely comfortable. Do size down- I normally wear a 4 or a 6 and wore a 2. Thanks to Lindsey, I ordered the right size! Also, you may find that you need to tack the neckline as it does flap open a bit. Rent the Runway truly did make my weekend. Lindsey was a fantastic help in helping me to select this dress. Right before my event, the back-up size for the dress became unavailable. Neil was so fantastic. He emailed me offering a second dress of any price for free in case the dress didn't fit. I selected the beautiful navy blue Cushnie Et Ochs "Next Level Sheath" you see my best friend Elaine wearing in two of the photos. I felt like a movie star dressed as a Greek Goddess
This dress was a perfect choice for a night out on the town in Chicago for my best friend's bachelorette party. The dress fit pretty much true to size (maybe a bit big) and was comfortable and light-weight. Be sure to purchase a low-back bra extender or else your strapless will stick out (or a backless bra or go without). I got tons of compliments and felt great in this awesome dress. I loved the color and loved the draping. I wish I owned this awesome dress! I paired with some awesome turquoise Kendra Scott earrings I own, a sparkly blue bangle from Peep-toe Shoes (borrowed from my Aussie BFF), a pink pashmina, and nude stilettos and it looked great. Enjoy this dress. You will get tons of compliments!

I wore this dress for a French Food & Wine event for a friend's bachelorette party at the Botanic Gardens. The dress was a hit! The color is beautiful and the ruffles really add a romantic flair to the dress. I got a million compliments and felt great in the dress. I accessorized with my own Kendra Scott turquoise earrings. The color contrast was really stunning. This dress would be perfect for a cocktail party, wedding, or even a more dressy bridal shower.
