Get your Downton On
Riding the line between Gatsby-era sass and modern matronly. This dress was great for a formal work event that was on the conservative side. Lots of great feminine details like the lace and waist ribbon. It is MUCH nicer in person, it doesn't photograph all that well. Perhaps better for a daytime or early evening garden type thing. Would happily -- and likely will-- rent again.

So that was a bummer. But as you can see from the million photos posted, it's popular for a reason. Super flattering, sexy without giving away too much. Add a pop of color on your lips, or cute earrings and you are good to go. Downside, you are taking rather small steps all night. Not a dress for striding or rushing around. Stick to two stepping on the dance floor or standing with a cocktail and you will be fine.

This bag was a hit! People taking pictures of it with their phone. Great size. You can hold your compact, lipstick, phone, etc with ease. Very charming accessory for an LBD or simpler style dress that needs a pick me up.
