This dress is gorgeous perfect in every way. Just the right length and stretch. I wore it to work in a business casual setting! 

I ordered the 44 (6) and the 42 (4) as my backup. I have broad shoulders and so the dress would fit snugly through the chest and shoulders no matter what so I went with the smaller size to get a closer fit through the waist and hips. It has stretch in it so the smaller size laid better too. The lining in it also helps smooth things out. I've had two kids and I hate spanx and thankfully they weren't needed. Its a little constricting for dancing but it was a wedding not a club so no big deal. Only minor negative is that its a bit warm for a summer wedding. I was fine in air conditioning but anytime spent outside was uncomfortable. I wore it with the Jules Smith Tribal Necklace. This was my first RTR experience and I couldn't have been happier. Can't wait to RTR again!

It was perfect! Sorry that you cant see more of the dress (I was taking a headshot, not a body shot). The dress ran a bit large, I ended up wearing the 44 instead of the 46. Because of the way the dress is cut, it is extremely flattering for women with curves. It was also very professional with a pop of color. I was sad to send this one back!

The fit was great. Dress a bit stretchy and forgiving. Very slimming!

This dress was so hard to return! I have rented from RTR many times and have received compliments on each of my rentals, however this dress was the most popular look by far. If you are a tall woman, this dress has the perfect silhouette. The material is slightly heavy and form fitting. The color blocking is gorgeous in person and made me look long and lean. I wish I owned this dress! Perfect for going from work to play. Loved it!

Runs really big.  The size I got was supposed to he equivalent to an 8.  I forgot to check off the smaller size as my back up.  It was really big through but made it work.  The size smaller would have been better.

Rented this with my Unlimited membership. Wore to present at a conference in front of 800 attendees, and couldn't have felt better. The material, cut, and style of the dress is amazing. I wear a size 4 pretty consistently (5'6", 32E) , and the size 42 was great. A slim fit without being tight. It did stretch a bit during the day, but nothing that I felt was unreasonable. Only a couple of small wrinkles around my lap from extended sitting. Dress is fully lined, and the back zipper extends from hem to neckline. You can adjust the lower slit by unzipping more or less as desired.  Overall this is just a stunning dress. I felt confident and sexy, but also very appropriate. I was stopped repeatedly and complimented by women around the venue and on the street. 

I'd definitely rent this again. It was super comfortable and fit well. It wasn't tight and hit me mid knee. I'm normally a 2-4 depending on how tight the waist is and the 40 worked well. As others have mentioned the top block which goes around to the top back is navy and the zipper goes from top to bottom in the back. Overall a very flattering dress for the office.

Dress runs big (definitely go for a smaller size) and is about four inches too long for my height. That said it's a nice, heavy and somewhat stretchy fabric. It wrinkles some (you can see in the photo) but not excessively. I don't love the color blocking but I think it could be more flattering on the right body (more pear shaped perhaps). The fabric and the lining makes the dress a bit warm for summer but it's good for fall/spring. I do like how the zipper goes down the entire back--adds a nice touch. 

Keeps you in and is also flexible. Nicely lined. I wanted to keep it. 

too long for a night out or anything social.  but perefect to impress the boss and colleagues by looking as smart as you are.  Because of length below the knee,  should wear very high heels.  fabric has a slight texture too it.  flattering pattern and colors.  Pricier than it should be though for such a basic dress

This dress is modest and stunning. Appropriate for a business setting and very comfortable. Most stunning modest dress I've ever worn.

I rented this for a work function – I had to emcee an event that had me on my feet and in front of an audience for about 4 hours. This dress was a workhorse – it looked fresh and unwrinkled and perfect from the minute I put it on at 7 a.m. until I took it off 7 hours later. The blue and black combo was unexpected and very flattering. The dress was a lovely thick crepe that looked smooth and beautiful from every angle. I wish I could keep this dress!

This dress looks wonderful on!  It fits well without being extremely "fitted." Would definitely wear again! 

I am in the long process of renovating a house so almost all of my stuff is in storage. I was getting tired of wearing the same old same old to work every day and thought that I would spice it up with another fabulous rent the runway dress. Definitely a good choice! This dress is long enough to come to the knee and just modest enough to wear to work in a professional office setting. The colors aren't too bright to wear the winter or too dark to wear in the summer, the material is sick enough to be substantial and looks great! Runs true to size, has a little bit of give. Comfortable! I highly recommend this dress and my only regret is not taking a picture in it!

Loved this dress, maybe my favorite RTR dress so far.  Fit great, very comfortable, and the blue colors are really beautiful in person.  I wore this with black tights and booties and it looked great

I rented this for a work conference and it was absolutely perfect.  The color blocking is very flattering and everyone who saw me complimented me on how great the dress was.  It's a great length for a daytime professional event but would also be flattering for an evening event. 

This dress looks so good on!  I would not have picked it, but I am very glad that the stylist included it. It is so flattering!! 

This is the first time I've rented a Narciso Rodriguez so I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of sizing. I found the dress to be extremely comfortable for my all-day convention event.  The back is a zipper from top to bottom, and at one point I unzipped it a bit from the bottom as I was climbing up and down a lot of stairs. I would definitely rent it again and received tons of compliments!

I wore this dress for a work event (conservative). The dress is a nice fitting sheath.  I was very comfortable and felt that it was appropriate for a daytime work event, but gave me an "edge" of looking just a bit more put together than some of my peers.  I am typically a 4 or a 6 - I probably could wear the 42, but it would be very fitted, which I wasn't looking for on this occasion. Very forgiving if you have a big chest.

Loved this dress. Could be dressed up with killer shoes for a party or dressed down with conservative accessories for something more professional. Flattering slim fit without being too tight. Material was thick enough to be forgiving but not so thick as to add bulk. Had a nice (though not spandex-y) stretch as well.

Dress is comfortable, easy to wear, and conservative yet sexy. I'm 5'4" and it hit just below my knees (a bit longer than if bargained for). Color is as pictured. I should have ordered one size smaller, but even a bit large it looked nice.   Would recommend except that it smelled AWFUL on arrival. I hung it outside for a day and it smelled much better by the time I wore it but still a lingering scent of a hotel room that was cleaned to be "smoke free" (though it's normally not).  This was my first RTR experience - hopefully the smell is not normal?

Great dress! My only wish is that I had ordered one size down as it was generally a little baggy but did not really ruin the look of the dress at all. I wore this to an outdoor event and when everyone else was grabbing their dates blazer I was still nice and warm! 

The night before I was supposed to receive the original dress I chose, I got an email stating that the dress was delivered ruined beyond repair by a previous customer. Luckily RTR acted fast and sent me this dress. I tried it on and quite honestly, couldn't believe I had picked out a different dress. It fit great and the angles of the color blocking really made me look slim. I'm a bit on the petite side so the dress was a bit long, however I feel like with heels the color blocking really helped me look tall too! The material was a bit thick so it might not have been the ideal dress for a hot outdoor wedding. However, the heat wasn't unbearable. (might not be the best dress for July / August though!) I have to say the customer service team really did an excellent job coming up with an option for me to wear last minute! 

The dress is a heavier crepe material that could be worn for three seasons; it may be a little too heavy in the summer. The color blocking enhanced my curves and gave me a more nipped in waist. The dress is conservative yet stylish. It was also very comfortable to wear. 

It was beautiful, high-quality and professional looking.  I ordered 42, usually wear 4, and it was a bit loose. 

It's great for work and the cut if the dress made me look very slim. 

The only complaint I have is that the slip underneath kept showing because it was a bit too long.  Other than that I loved this dress. 

I am 5'5 and this dress was longer than I wanted it to be. I wore it to a bridal luncheon and it was appropriate and pretty. 

Not a bad word to say. Lovely body skimming fit. Looks tailored and flattering to curvy body types. I wanted to buy it outright!

It's a nice dress, it just didn't fit me well. Had I gotten a size or two smaller, I think it would have been amazing!

The dress was classy and comfortable but for me a little plain. It wasn't very snug so I think for a curvier person it would have a sexier look. On me it had a bit of a sheath look so depending on what you're going for either order your normal size or one size down. 

The dress was too heavy for summer, and it didn't flatter my short & curvy figure. Would look smashing on someone tall and thin.

I got so many compliments on this dress! It fit like a glove. I love the color-blocking, the material is very flattering... The colors are great. This dress was one of my favorites.
