I rented this for Easter and despite the teeny peek of cleavage, it was a perfect easter dress! The lace is beautiful but mine had several pulls in it. They weren't terribly noticeable but it is pretty delicate. I am now an exact size 6 in everything and the 6 fit fairly well but the hips were a bit of a squeeze. Waist and bust fit perfectly and could almost be called roomy. I wouldn't recommend sizing up unless you REALLY think you need extra hip room. Overall, a wonderful dress! P.S. I'm 5'6" and felt the dress was a tad long. Definitely pushing tea length on anyone shorter.

One of the select few rentals I haven't been able to wear. I ordered a size 12 and it was huge on top and way too tight in the hip. I'm pretty solidly hourglass (leaning toward pear) and this is just not for girls like me. If you're big on top and little on bottom then go for it!

This dress is amazingly comfy! The knit keeps you moving all night and doesn't look too dressy for a regular night out. The large was a little tight on my size 12 hips but not inappropriately so and the knee length and high neck balance out the curve hugging fit. Overall I'm a big fan!

Okay, first fit: This dress runs pretty true to size but has a ton of stretch and give. I ordered the 10R and the 12L and I really could have worn either one BUT it is CRAZY short. I am pretty much exactly 5' 6.5" and even barefoot the regular didn't touch the ground. Thank goodness my backup size was a long!! The long was still somewhat short in 4" heels but long enough to work. Note: it has a tiny sweep train in the back. Fabric: This dress is STRETCHY! Which is really nice after a delicious dinner (which, incidentally, ours was not). But as it stretches it also clings, big time. I would have been lost without my spanx so keep sturdy undergarments in mind. Function: This dress is easy to move in and easy to get into and out of but depending on which button style you get (my sizes each had different buttons at the neck) you may need a teammate to help you get it fastened. It is, however, NOT quiet. If you need something tastefully demure this is not the thing. It's really loud and really sexy and it gets noticed. Super fun, where appropriate!!!

I rented this for a black tie event to go with the Reem Acra Florence gown. It looked stunning but I was going for something a little softer and more romantic so I ended up wearing my backup necklace instead. This necklace was far too spectacular to waste so I embraced the daytime sparkle and delivered 3 college history lectures in it. It is heavy and intense but I wore it for 10 hours without irritation. You will not regret renting this. Everytime I caught my reflection that day I thought "Ooh, pretty!" Several of my students commented on this amazing piece, it definitely gets noticed, even behind a cardigan!

This gown is so beautiful, everyone loved it at our black tie Air Force Dining Out. I wore the 12 to be safe but had comfortable room in it even with my ample chest. I would call this true to size for hourglass girls who have smaller rib cages. If you need a little more space in the middle definitely consider sizing up. I tried it with the stone necklace worn by the model (a seriously awesome piece!) but I preferred this vintage romance look which definitely borders on princess territory. I added an ivory sash and some bling for a little extra glamour. I was so excited by this dress and it certainly doesn't hurt that several gorgeous actresses have sported it in the past. I had previously rented the green lace backed Reem Acra with disastrous results but this style was perfect for my body type. I danced comfortably in it for 4 hours. My pumps were another story!

I always worry about earrings I haven't seen in person, whether renting, ordering online, etc. When these arrived I was so glad I went with them (and glad RTR was out of the recommended option for this Badgley Mischka dress on Valentine's Day weekend!) These were the perfect size, large and glam but not too big and not too heavy. I felt very done up but not excessively so and I had none of the pain I usually feel after a long night of major earring wear. Loved them!

RTR was out of my size (10) for the weekend I needed so I got brave and went one size smaller. SO glad I did! This dress fits true to size on top but the pleated waist makes the bottom more forgiving for a girl with curves, exactly what I needed! I felt like Kate Middleton all night long in this awesome lace dress and got so many compliments on it. My husband kept saying "you should rent the runway all the time!" If I hadn't been in an out of town hotel I might have added a belt but I forgot to bring one and I still absolutely loved the look. This dress is fabulous!

I got compliments all night long in this beautiful dress! I wore it to a musical and uptown bar in the art district afterward and people could not stop fawning over it! I am typically a solid 10 (sometimes a 12 on bottom thanks to my very curvy hips and hiney) and the 8 fit me great! Like some other reviewers stated, one of my sizes had a stitch to help hold the dress closed over my chest, the other did not. No matter, it was fine either way and provided comfortable coverage up top. The generous cut around the hips and the tiny bit of stretch allowed for my extra junk in the trunk and made the smaller size a very comfortable fit. :-) Rent this dress and feel spectacular!
