So disappointed - I ordered up a size and this dress was so skin tight I couldn't even wear it!

really into this dress
I was obsessed with this dress* - even though I was hesitant about renting Rachel Roy for obvious Beyoncé-loyalty reasons. Despite my hesitation, it was a true show-stopper at an outdoorsy Washington wedding. I felt like a million bucks and received a million compliments. It has a cinched waist and sucks you in, in all the right places. I'm usually right in between size 10 and 12, so size 10 is always a little small and size 12 is always a little big, but this dress runs on the small side because 12 was tiiiight. But I think the tight fit at the top actually looked better on me than if it had been loose at the top, so it worked out well. I'm 5'8" and the length would be a little weird if I had worn heels instead of sandals, but size 12R flowed at the perfect length with sandals. Love love love the blue at the bottom and the dress made for some fun artsy photos against the grass and flowers. Fun for dancing because it's really flowy on the bottom half. *Cute husband not included ;)

Haha ummmm so I probably should just go ahead and buy this dress with how much I've spent on renting it, it's the best! It is super comfortable, and the band around the waist sucks everything in to make it super flattering. The color pops for any event, and it's so much fun to wear and SO MUCH FUN TO DANCE IN! I first wore this dress to a Mexican wedding and everyone was obsessed when I was twirling on the dance floor. I also wore this for my engagement photos earlier this summer (and the long gold sparkly Badgley Mischka too - but I'll review that separately), and it translated so nicely for the photos. Most recently I rented the dress again for my wedding week and wore it to two events two nights in a row because I just love it so much - a small ladies dinner/mehndi, and to our rehearsal dinner. It's the best - love the length, love the color, love the fit. It goes great with a jean jacket and sandals dressed down - or nice jewelry and heels dressed up! The dress is long enough that it doesn't really matter what shoes you wear. If you rent this dress, sit on the grass or a beautiful rug or bed and spread the dress out around you for a picture - you won't regret it!

BEST bachelorette party dress!
I ordered this for my bachelorette party and it really upped the wow factor! Was glamming and glowing all night. Felt like a million bucks. The back is to die for. FYI - it's a little short, so def order long if wearing heels.

Loved the style, texture and fit!
I wore this dress to a bridal shower dinner in Seattle. Did NOT want to return it -I got so many compliments! It was a little chilly the day I wore it so I added a sweater, but the lacing in the back is amazing. I was truly surprised by how flattering it was -- really cinched in my waist and made me feel beautiful.
