Cute and compliments
I got this dress for a gala that was work related. I am also 7 months pregnant and needed something that was larger in the belly. I got the 1X and it was big everywhere but my tummy. It somewhat kit like maternity, even though its not for that.

SHORT!
I'm not a particularly tall woman, 5'4", but I guess I have longer legs than some women because this dress was very short on me. I ended up not wearing it because if I lifted my arms up to dance my butt would have been showing (and I don't have a particularly big butt- it's just that short). I love mini dresses and love showing off my legs, but this one is very short- so just keep that in mind.

VERY SHORT
I love mini dresses and love showing off my legs. Being an apple shaped girl- it's my best feature. But this dress was so short, my butt was sticking out. I'm not a tall girl and I'm not particularly curvy in the lower half of my body. So it's just something to think about when renting.

Not what I ordered but it worked
I normally wear a 8-10 or a large (I am a C to a D cup). So when rent the runway told me that my original sheath dress was unavailable they sent me this one instead- based on the similar color of my first choice. This is not a sheath dress (which I knew would fit me well) so I was a bit disappointed. They sent me a 12 based on my previous size request of a Large for my first choice. Since this dress is already really blousy so the 12 was SWIMMING on me and made me look about 10 pounds heavier. I pinned the top part down to the bottom part so it wouldn't puff out as much and that seemed to help. Like I said- it wasn't my first choice but ending up working enough to get by at a wedding.

It is VERY tight, and offers support and spanx will not be neccessary. However- if you're a size 8 (solid 8, not closer to a 6) I recommend the large. This dress is semi-forgiving. If you have a little bulge, this will suck it in. If you're looking for more, then you may need spanx.

Not for busty girls
This dress made my lower tummy look HUGE. I don't have much of a lower tummy (maybe a tiny little pouch that most girls have) and this dress accentuated that so much! Also, the top portion is LOW! To the point where I was going to be offensive if I wore it to the wedding. I ended up sending the order back. I really wanted to love this dress, and it was really cute in person, it's just an odd fit and too low cut for my chest. Something to keep in mind.

Fit great and felt elegant
This dress is really pretty and flattering on us apple shaped women. I went up a size to accommodate my chest and that was the best move. There isn't a ton of room in the bust, so if you're a larger C cup or bigger I would get a size up. The waist still fit properly. The dress runs a touch short so if you're not fond of your upper thighs I wouldn't get this dress. I loved it for that reason...covered up on top and lots of leg!

I loved this bag. I rented it along with the Gossip Queen dress. Didn't wear the dress, and had to send it back so the bag had to go back too. It would have held my iPhone, cosmetics, and a foldable brush. It also came with a metal chain for a strap that made it versatile.

Attention grabber!
I wore this out for a date night, and I really liked it. It's lined in the body, however (like the other reviews state) the arms aren't lined, so if you have sensitive skin, this may irritate you. It's a little tight in the bust since the fabric doesn't stretch. I fit in the Medium and large, but my chest looked better in the large (not flattened down). I definitely recommend this dress if you want a ton of attention. Also, it's not as silver in person, it's more multicolor looking- red being the most noticeable color.

This dress is comfy cute dress. Not overly dressy, and probably not something that I would wear to a wedding or formal occasion. I wore this to the beach and it was perfect.
