Dress is actually more of a party dress than a work dress. The buttons on the sleeves reveal gaps where your arm is visible. Maybe I didn't read reviews carefully enough, just wasn't appropriate for what I wanted.

I liked the style of this dress a lot. Unfortunately, the deep-neck gaped quite a bit (even though the dress was loose) and I had to wear a turtle neck under it. Might work better for someone less hourglass (I'm 32E/32DD)

the fabric and print are really fantastic and the cut looks like a simple a-line but actually has a bit more detail and shape in the bust. I was too optimistic about November weather, it's just too cold for the cotton fabric.
