easy to wear, great material, lovely color, beautiful dress. and the length was perfect! 

This was a great rental for work that was appropriate for a traditional business environment but also had an interesting edgy flair in its construction and design. I loved that it had the appearance of a wrap dress without the inconvenience of a skirt that could blow open since shorter part of the skirt connects all the way across.

The fit was relatively true to size but ran ever so slightly large, which I found to match the aesthetic of the design.   I'd call it alty appropriate corporate.  Loved it!

I wish it were like 2" shorter! Otherwise it fit well and looked cute - but sometimes it looked overwhelming on my short frame. 

Love the style and fabric; but it runs pretty big. I usually wear a 6 or 8 in RTR, and here I could of done a size 4.

I've been loving the Of Mercer dresses for work but this one really fell flat for me. Every other Size 12 I've worn by this designer fits me perfectly and is comfortable. This one requires not one, but 2 safety pins to keep the chest from gaping and it still hangs awkwardly. Also, the pockets don't sit well on me and add bulk to my hips. The fabric is great (Of Mercer's fabric is ALWAYS great) but this silhouette just doesn't work for my curves. 

I tried this on when I first received it last week and I thought it looked nice. When I put it on this morning for work I couldn't bring myself to wear it. It did nothing for my shape (curvy) and was much longer than I remembered. 

The Style alone looked fantastic and the material when I received it got me so excited to try it on! Unfortunately, it ran a little small in the chest area. Super disappointed but maybe another day I'll try again with a bigger size.

The overall size was large, but the wrap/V in the front pulled at the hook. It didn't lay flat and there was a gap between the hook and eye. Not for large chests.

This dress is great quality, very comfortable, and fit great. However, I will not rent again because the length is odd looking on my 5'3" frame. 

Wore this for a day at a conference and for a new professional head shot. The fabric is quality. I LOVE the a-symmetrical cut - this made the dress more interesting and fun to wear. I felt beautiful, comfortable, and professional. Would recommend this to anyone that likes this style of dress. 

Loved the dress, best for a pear shaped person but was attractive on a straight figure as well. 

At first the shape caught me off guard and I felt like the top was off center....I was a little surprised on the fit, it was a bit bigger then I expected, but at the same time very comfortable. Loved the pockets. feedback from co-workers was Buy It...classic navy blue with a different cut to keep it interesting...would rent again...not sure if I'd bother sizing down or not. 

I threw a floral sweater over this for Easter church, and followed it up with a jacket over it for work. I really liked this dress - it fit my goal of hiding my 12-week-pregnant-is-she-just-fat-or-is-she-pregnant belly for work and with my in-laws. My only complaint was that it's a little low-cut if you're busty like I am (34G before recent growth), and I had to resort to some fashion tape and safety pins to McGyver a v-neck that didn't flash my students when I leaned forward. I'd definitely rent again for work. 

I ordered one size smaller than my usual and it fit great!  Super cute.  Wore a Dark blue turtle neck under and it was an awesome work dress.  No tugging or fixing thru the entire day.  Makes you look skinny if you are bottom heavy.  Will rent again!

I'm busty (36 D) and the top with the wrap across the chest was pulling a bit, but not too distracting. It's a little low-cut. 

I wore this dress to a cocktail party with a business casual dress code. The dress was comfortable. I usually wear a 6-8 but the 6 was unavailable, so I took a chance and ordered the 4 and 8. I didn't even try on the 8. The 4 fit great. It was a tiny bit tight on my chest and hips, but I think I am the only one who noticed as I am particular about fit. It fit great on my waist, in fact, I even tried to see if I could cinch it a bit more. I don't know if it is some "wow" dress, but it looked nice, appropriate, I liked how it fit (I usually have a hard time with the cut of shift dresses), and it was comfortable. I definitely think the right jewelry would add to it.

It's such a cool shape for work - not like my boring sheath dresses. Fit true to size but a boxier shape, so go down if you want it fitted.

A bit loose like other reviewers mention, but that made it perfect in the hot, summer weather (not too clingy). 

Fit perfectly. I am a 6 or 8 and the 6 worked perfectly.

Dress was big but I wore it anyway.  I really liked the material.  Had I gone down 1 size it would have fit perfectly.

I am 5'9'' between a 4 and a 6  - 4 fit great. 

This dress has a great cut. I liked the fabric and the design, but unfortunately it was too big for me to wear. I should have dozed down to a 2.

I like the fabric but this felt like it was four sizes too big.

Runs big, the 0 may have been a better fit but I ordered the 4 as a backup size.
Wore it for a Halloween party, I went as Daenerys (from Game of Thrones) and with some over-the-knee boots the look killed!  

Ran large. Had to safety pin the bust area to keep it closed throughout the day 

Loved this! Great length for the office. A little tight in the chest, I am a true 10 and only a 36B and it fit better with the top clasp undone, but that makes it a little low cut, so good with a button down or tank under. 

Not very fitted style so it hung off my frame a little big but still wore it as it was fun and a different take on workwear. Received compliments despite it not being the best fit.

Cute dress for work. I wore it with a striped, tissue turtleneck underneath for winter and it was perfect for a day at the office.

This dress was a bit long. Get one size smaller than what you usually wear.

Loved it. Love the weight of the fabric. The a symmetrical style was fun. The stitch to close the v neck is not great, but a necklace covered it.

Loved the asymetrical feel. Definitely size down when ordering.

Many other reviews say this as well, but this dress runs pretty big. I wore it for work so don't mind a looser fit, but because you can't adjust the wrap, was a bit cautious with the top gaping open. Flattering cut and long enough to be work appropriate, but only barely for my professional environment. 

This dress looked super cute, but the size 2 was too big. I will try to get it in one size smaller.
