Pretty dress but couldn't lift arms...
The color is gorgeous and the cut is nice....big problem is that the arms/shoulders are extremely small. I am not a broad woman, but I literally couldn't lift my arms in this dress. Thankfully, RTR sent another dress (which worked out great). Wish I could have worn this dress.
