It really flatters a small waist. It was a tad bit snugger in the chest area than I expected, but I'd still say it's true to size. I have a long torso and it fit right at my natural waist - just something to keep in mind!

It runs true to size but as some others have mentioned, there is extra fabric/room in the waist; it is not very noticeable because the dress is cut really well. If I owned this dress I would take it in an inch or two in the waist and it would be absolute perfection.

This dress is much more beautiful in person. I ordered the small and extra-small and wore the extra-small. On me, both sizes were perfectly form fitted in the hips and thighs but could have been a little more fitted in the waist area. The chest area in the small was also bigger than I would have expected bc I wear a 32 DD. i could have worn either size but the extra-small was the better fit. The dresses I received were in perfect condition and I enjoyed wearing them. Another successful rental from RTR!

This dress is fabulous!! I found it to fit pretty true to size. From the comments I read beforehand, I expected it to be snug in the hips which it really wasn't. On me it was more snug in the chest area. Not the best option if you plan on dancing, but other than that this dress was perfect!
