This dress was lovely. It has stretchy material...very hard to wrinkle, so easy to travel with. I wore it to a ball to benefit the Philadelphia Orchestra, and it was perfect for the affair. It was not flashy or wild, but it fit right in. I got a lot of compliments, both there and afterwards (from photos posted on social media). I was mostly comfortable...it is a column dress, so walking a city block takes a bit haha. It is a form-fitting dress, so just be aware that Spanx or high-waisted control-top nylons may help. Length was perfect for me at 5'5" and in 3.5" heels. Overall, I loved it and would rent again!

This dress was very well-made and classic, however I do feel as though it runs big in the bust area. I ended up wearing a 2 (I asked rtr to send a 2 at the last minute, and they were great about it), but I could probably have worn the 4 if not for the ample room in the bust area. There was definitely extra room in the bust of the dress even in the 2. The waist of the dress has NO stretch, so it's not very comfy to sit in, but it was fine for dancing ( just don't try to bend over!). I wish this dress was a few inches shorter to make it more youthful and fun. The armholes were a bit tight... Not sure what was going on there. One very good thing--the sheer part of the lace didn't come down too low, and I sometimes have problems with dresses cut like that. I don't think the peplum in this dress was all that flattering. I spiced up the dress with a rented necklace. Overall, it was a pretty dress, but not my favorite and not as exciting as I had hoped.

I rented this necklace to wear with the Sonoma Lace Laurel Dress. It was perfect for the occasion (a wedding), and the necklace didn't feel too heavy on my neck. I liked how I could tie it to adjust the length. It did nearly catch once on the lace of the dress, but then I had no further issues. Love this necklace--wish I owned it!

Very lightweight. I usually wear a 4 but even that was a little big. The armholes are a little low, so I wore a black bra underneath. It still showed, but no one could tell. Perfect for a summer or early fall date.

I rented this to wear to my 30th birthday party at a dance club. The small fit very well, though I may have been able to get away with an extra small. It is SUPPOSED to be tight, so don't worry about that. My only complaint is that it is SUPER low cut. Like, indecent. I ended up wearing a tight black tank under it, which looked like a layer of the dress. No one could tell I was wearing it, and it kept me from flashing anyone. I got a ton of compliments on the dress--I definitely suggest it for a night out!

I rented this for a wedding. I usually wear a 4 or 6. I tried the 4 on first and it was WAY too big. It looked really frumpy on me. The front came down lower than I was comfortable with, and the armholes hung well below my bra. I'd recommend sizing down. If you have trouble with straps being too long on dresses, this may not be the dress for you :(

This clutch went perfectly with the black Herve Leger dress I rented, but it would also be a nice contrast to a bright blue or yellow dress. It was the perfect size for a slim wallet, cell, lipstick, and a few other things. I got several compliments on it.

I like the fit of this dress and that it's not cleavage-heavy (I was 5 months post partum when I wore it, and it hides any little lumpy bumpy bits), but the slit was too high--like show girl high. Probably better for a night out with friends.

Notes: -Hides any little baby bumps (I was 5 months post partum when I wore the dress) -Bodice must be played with the fit right. Use fashion tape to tape to your bra (wear a strapless), and tuck bodice fabric into itself under beading. -Beading is navy, not black. Black stockings and shoes look okay, but black jewelry looked silly. I opted for diamond studs and a small diamond bangle instead. -Dress is tightest around waist. There is no give to the fabric. If you have a larger waist, size up. -If I could do it again, I probably would have gone for a more "fun" dress. This dress seemed a little too "mature" for me (I am 28), though it was still beautiful.
