The fit of this sweater is generous through the body and fitted in the arms, which keeps the style from appearing oversized. While the cut allows for comfort and the button placement adds interest, those sensitive to wool will likely find this piece irritating without adding a layer beneath the sweater.

While the jeans fit comfortably, at 5’6”, I find the Levi’s carried by RTR to be generally short and best worn with flats.

Unfortunately, too oversized.
Even an XS was far too large and boxy in the shoulders. The quality and winter weight would make the jacket an excellent choice to accompany the matching pants. Unfortunately, it is just too oversized.

Runs just so slightly large throughout; however, the cut at the waist is what makes this blazer look tailored and high-end. Nice winter weight, lined, and wears nicely with the matching trousers.

Unique, versatile option for winter weather.
Pairs nicely with the matching trousers, but it buttons in an unusual way, which may not yield the sleekest fit. The jacket, as pictured, is cropped and sits above the waistline, so high-rise bottoms with a belt really do look the most flattering and put together.

Unexpectedly versatile.
The trousers fit a little large in the waist, but were unexpectedly versatile given the deep brown “base” and gray pinstripe. They are a little itchy, given there is no liner, but those without a sensitivity to wool or a willingness to wear trouser or knee-high socks should be mostly comfortable.

A Dress for Everybody & Every Body 🫶🏻
I’ve rented this dress twice and would purchase it if the option became available (it is so rarely in stock.) The fabric and cut make for a very flattering fit on most anyone and is not at all a matronly LBD. As some reviewers have shared, it may feel a bit too snug for your liking in your true size. However, sizing up one size will not put you at risk of it being too large; the fabric will provide a bit more forgiveness while maintaining its shape. A great dress for everybody and every body.

Beautiful dress and many compliments were received throughout the evening; however, be sure to have safety pins (or industrial strength body tape) on hand in case the plunging neckline doesn't sit as close to the body as you’d prefer. The size 6 fit well, except for the top portion, requiring some ingenuity and patience. I will consider a size 4 in the future; it really is a standout. 👗🧷🧷🧷🧷🧷👍🏻

Winter Wedding Wonderful!
Gorgeous color, detailing, and fit made this dress the perfect selection for a December 26th wedding. While I originally ordered a 6R, I found the waist to be a bit large and the length to be short even in kitten heels (for reference, I am 5'6".) The 4L I received as a replacement was spot on in the waist and the length was nearly perfect (slightly long) with 3.5" heels. I opted for navy acessories (shoes, purse, and pashmina) to complement the leaf detailing on the dress and wore a shapewear slip to ensure a smooth profile. Compliments galore and confidence to spare make this dress a five star rental to be sure!

Adventures with "Mystery Bling"
I received this clutch as a "Mystery Bling" venture and, while it complimented one of the dresses I ordered, it did not do the same for the dress I ultimately wore. Although I did not carry it, the quality was high, the color was very eye catching, and the design was clean and simple.

Lovely for a winter wedding, but...
Beautiful color and cut, however, I found the dress to run quite large. I ordered my typical size (6R), but was unable to wear the dress confidently on account of the roominess through the midsection and bust. A 4R was not available for exchange prior to the event.

I wore this dress for one of my husband's work affairs and it proved a unique take on the LBD.
The detailing is lovely and the fabric is nicely weighted and comfortably giving, which comes in handy when personally greeting 500+ guests is a requirement of attendance. I opted to wear Spanx to insure a smooth silhouette on account of the knitted fabric, which clings to curves (pro), but also leaves lumps or bumps nowhere to hide (con). While this dress is not a show stopper, it does provide comfort, coverage, and quality in a classy package.

This dress was ordered for one of my husband's work affairs.
While I wanted to love this dress (the construction is high quality, the fabric substantial, and the pattern unique), the fit just wasn't right for me. With broad shoulders, cap sleeves are not always the most flattering option; however, had the dress been more fitted through the midsection, I believe a nice hourglass shape would have easily been achieved.

This dress was ordered as a backup for one of my husband's work affairs.
This dress was a VERY close second and surprisingly flattering. The fabric is substantial with just the right amount of stretch, which makes it not only comfortable, but offers a bit of "figure firming" as well. Dur to the very long neckline (spans from shoulder to shoulder), I would highly recommend a strapless bra or shape tape to secure and insure bra straps remain hidden away. For those with a shorter torso, the darting at the midsection may hit too high (potentially reaching the bustline) and result in an unflattering fit. Over all, a beautiful dress that I would eagerly order again.

While this was not my dress of choice for the event, the color and detailing are lovely and the fabric is nicely weighted and comfortably giving. Even with Spanx, however, this dress will put any bumps or lumps on display. Those with a self conscious streak may want to opt for the black version, which offers the same positive attributes and a bit of "camouflage" for the midsection.
