Beautiful dress! The fabric is very structured, which makes the bow kind of difficult. I was able to wear a regular bra with it but the scoop in the back was actually pretty low so I had to pin my bra to the dress to prevent it from showing.

This dress is great but the top is unlined, making it completely sheet, and the slit is HIGH. Slit isn’t too much of a problem because the skirt has lots of fabric so it doesn’t open too often, but the the dress is definitely not conservative. These pants look and feel high end. They’re super trendy, but I was able to make them work appropriate with a mock turtleneck and a blazer. This dress is very pretty. The colors are great and I loved the length and ruffle at the hem. The material is a little wrinkly by design, which made this great to pull out of a suitcase and wear to dinner. Best part is that I didn’t need a bra, which is NEVER the case for me. The dress is tight in the chest with a side zipper, but it has a smocked elastic back so it should work with most sizes. It also has barely noticeable cups in the chest and adjustable straps. I did have lots of cleavage in this dress, so it would not work for all occasions, but it was great for a date night dinner.

This dress is fine. The fit is comfortable if you don’t mind how short it is. But the pattern is nothing to write home about and it wrinkles easily. This dress is very 80s, but I loved it and got lots of compliments on it. It’s flattering on an hourglass shape, even one carrying extra weight around the middle because of the thick fabric. But the top button is comically low. I ended up having to pin it a good 2-3 inches above the top button. And then had to safety pin between some buttons to prevent gaping. It worked out fine, but a little bit of a hassle.

Shoshanna is generally a slam dunk for me. Every size 12 Shoshanna (except 1) has fit me perfectly. Based on other reviews I got an XL in this and it was a small XL. It was tight in the bust, which I could’ve gotten over because of the stretch. But the waist was also tight and it was too long waisted, so it hit me at the largest part of my belly. If it pulled it up to my natural waist, there was lots of bunching and it was way too short. Major bummer.

This skirt is fantastic. I sometimes feel skirts are unflattering on my tummy with shirts tucked in but something about this magical skirt flattens the tummy without being tight or thick.
