Best dress I've rented from RTR
It is adorable on - super short with a frilly skirt. Paired it with seamed sheer stockings and tall black suede stiletto boots. I have slightly broad shoulders and the dress's shoulders were narrow, so I couldn't zip or unzip it myself...or lift my arms above shoulder level...but it was worth it!

Gorgeous cut and fit and quality of material.
Unfortunately, I had to order this twice, and both times the dress arrived with a broken side zipper. A woman who works at RTR advised that this is likely because this is an older item, but if you order this dress, I'd get two, since one could be broken.

Gorgeous color. Beautiful material. Spacious inside. Got lots of compliments.
The only con I can think of is that the side pouch is difficult to access if you are using the handles rather than the shoulder strap.
