Beautiful in concept but...
Everyone is right - size up. I have been firmly an 8, and recently lost 10 pounds, so was hopeful that the 8 would work just fine. I was wrong, and even the 10 was tight. One of the top flaps kept falling over, and the rest very easily got caught up in the wind so required a lot of work to keep in place. Overall, it's a gorgeous dress, but size up, don't wear on a windy day, and consider pinning certain parts of the bodice to keep the flaps in place.

LOVED THIS
I wore this dress to a "smart casual" wedding and it was perfect! The straps were slightly too large, but I was able to make it work by pulling the dress down slightly in the back. The fit was very comfortable and the ruffles were so fun to dance in!

Definitely size up one to two sizes for this dress. I sized up and the dress was still pretty right in my ribs.
