I wore this dress to a wedding at an art museum in Cleveland. It was a pretty, comfortable dress. You may want to order a bigger size as a back-up if (like me) you're at all self-conscious about your stomach. It's a flattering style, but I think it would be better for a formal business event than a more celebratory function like a wedding. You'll also probably want to find some fun accessories to liven it up.

I wore this dress to a black tie wedding in Charleston, SC. It is very beautiful and eye-catching. The color is a vivid purple and the layer underneath is a light tan. Due to some boning in the rib area, it is pretty tight and it initially felt a little restrictive. However, the straps are adjustable so you can loosen them a bit to make the dress more comfortable. The length was perfect for me - I am 5'2. While I could tell the dress had been worn a few times (a few slightly loose threads, etc.), these little imperfections were barely noticeable. Highly recommend!

I wore this dress to see my first Broadway show in NYC (Anastasia!). I was a little concerned that it would be too long on me, but it hit at a flattering mid-calf point. I loved the lace, fit, and open shoulders. My only complaint was that it jutted in a little on one side near the bottom (as you can see in the picture). This may have just been the case for this specific dress, and it likely wasn't very noticeable. Overall, this is a striking dress for any wintry formal occasion!

I loved this dress! I wore it for an October wedding in Marco Island, FL and had no trouble dancing the night away. The open back is striking, although I likely would have felt uncomfortable had the ceremony been in a church. (It was on the beach.) The color and leafy lace detailing made me feel like a woodland fairy. The high neckline paired nicely with the areas of open lace below it. This was one of my favorite rentals ever!

I was fortunate to find this dress at the DC Rent the Runway shop when the dress I originally ordered was unwearable. The fabric is thick and keeps everything held in tightly - but still feels comfortable! This dress definitely flattered key assets without being too showy. I normally wear a 0 or 2, but the 4 fit perfectly. The turquoise color seems deeper and richer in person than on the model (more green than blue).

I did not end up wearing this dress. My back-up size was too small for me, and there was a spot (possibly pen) on the chest of the dress that fit properly. I was also concerned about the frayed edges. While the dress has several threadbare hems intentionally, the edges of the two dresses I received both looked too worn to be wearable.

This dress is so pretty. The lace is thick and the color is a subtle, muted pink with undertones of lilac. It somehow manages to be both timeless and unusual at the same time. The wedding I was attending took place at the Carolina Inn and this dress was the perfect complement to the classic decor and pastel color palette. It is definitely short - I am 5'2 and likely would not have been comfortable wearing the dress had it been 1 inch shorter.

I would say this dress "got the job done." I found the fabric a little thin, and while it arrived in good condition, I didn't think the quality of the dress itself was anything exceptional. I was a little underwhelmed. Definitely size up! I generally rent a zero from Rent the Runway, so I thought I would be safe with the XS. Thank goodness I also ordered the S as a back-up. The XS would definitely have been too tight for a family affair. Overall, the dress worked well for the occasion and the cut is classic and flattering.

I loved this dress! Both the fit and condition were perfect. The color pairing was unique and fresh. It felt very appropriate for an August wedding in the Blue Ridge Mountains. This dress is beautiful, but at 5'2, I am way too short for this dress. I wore 3 inch heels, but still had to fold the hem under. I loved the back though! The top fit fine as well.
