Too narrow at hips
Too narrow at the hips. It might work for plus size women if they pair it with a high waisted skirt but that's not how I wanted to wear it. Lovely color, lovely texture.

Nice Flowy Fabric
This fabric is thinner and more 'vacation vibes' than the white version with lace but I still love the cut. In about a week (mid June) I have a special work trip where one of the days I'll be outside in a lot of heat so this is going to be perfect for that trip. I'm 5'10'' and the back covers my bum so I think some people might be able to wear this with leggings in an office setting. I wish this came in more colors!

Perfection!
If you like a good shirt dress you will LOVE this. This might be tied for first place as one of the best things I've ever gotten from RTR. If I went into an office everyday I'd buy it outright but since I only go in every other month I might just keep and return after a few months. I love the ruche from how the belt is sewn in the back. This fabric is so thick and the dress so well cut I don't even think I'm going to need shape wear with it!

Arms too small
I can tell if this fit me it would have been SO good. Unfortunately the arms didn't fit me (the rest did). If you have larger arms comparative to your dress size I'd go up one. Very well made and cute color.

Broke my heart
This top didn't fit me well enough to wear but it was gorgeous in person. Taller women needing an xl or xxl might not want to order this because the torso portion is quite short. After I lose more weight I might order it again.

If you have the right accessories I guess this could be nice? Black hall runs small so this didn't fit. There is no stretch in these sleeves so if you can't order up on this don't bother. Quality dress but that's a lot of issues so I can't recommend.

Easy Work Dress
I ended up not wearing this because work plans changed but I felt very confident trying it on. The shape will work for a range of body types. The dress is unlined but very wrinkle resistant so it will travel well.

A little boring...
I though this dress was a little boring but I was going on an emergency work trip and didn't have much choice. I love the sleeve detail but a belt would have helped. I'm a 38D and this showed a little too much cleavage for work so I wore a silk scarf with it. This dress is fully lined and will not show bra or panty lines. I'd recommend it for taller women.

Beautiful Dress
I normally wear a 16 so this was a little big on me but it still looked great. Everyone who saw me in it gave me an immediate compliment and my husband even asked what the 'buy it' price was. This was my favorite item in my first subscription delivery. I would order this again! (*Note: this wrinkles easily so if you're going to travel with it - prepare.)
