Fit is dead on. Very flattering cut. This dress has a retro feel and is appropriate for a business setting.

Great for work. It is fitted, so could feel tight, great fabric thickness and color. Plus pockets! 

This dress was amazing. Pockets!!! However, the arms and waist were so tight, I should have sized up, but decided to wear as is. Was happy to get it off at the end of the day - NO stretch. I would probably go up a size if I got it again. Beautiful color. 

This dress is just so well made. It makes you feel like a million dollars. After wearing it all day the neck was a little irritating, but 100% worth if feel so good in this dress. Rent it. You won’t be disappointed. 

I loved the dress. It was a last minute replacement, but worked out great. 

Loved this dress!! A little tight in the shoulders, and over the one seam in the back was hard to get the zipper up, even when not on. But overall LOVED this dress, and got so many compliments on it!! Would definitely recommend 

Loved this look and material. The only downside is it is tight in the shoulders / arms. Making it a challenge to move or unzip. My zipper was also really difficult to move!

This dress is amazing. I'm so upset that I couldn't do it justice in the pictures. It looks so much better in person. It can be dressed up with some nice pumps or down with boots or booties. The fit was perfect, although I could see a bit of an issue if you're bigger breasted. I'm on the smaller side. The waist fit beautifully and was super slimming. The fabric is thick and high quality. I'll def rent again and possibly buy.

The length and fit of this dress are great. I love a dress with sleeves! The fabric is on the thick side, with a little stretch. Will definitely rent again. 

Fit was spot on and very comfortable. Zipper was a little finicky and would get stuck at times

This dress is so great. It fit like it was made for me. The shoulder details and length make it stylish but it's also simple. It has some stretch so it's comfortable... and it has pockets! Loved it so much I kept it another month.

I liked the style of this dress but overall the fit was too large

I sized up one and it was still too snug in waist, but slightly large/okay elsewhere, sleeves too long. 

Would look good for work/conservative event if it had fit correctly. But didn't like darts on chest, as some others mentioned. 

Good thick fabric, like a thick jersey.

I really like this dress for work. To be honest I would've worn it anywhere else. Really nicely tailored and I  love that it has pockets,  color is as pictured.  I usually order sizes 12 or 14 the only size available was 12, it worked, but the only con was...I'm very busty and it was tight around the chest area.  If you're bigger up top,  I would suggest going a size up. Lots of compliments I would recommend. 

I rented this for a job interview in a conservative workplace. The reviews made me a bit nervous, but the dress actually worked on me. It is tea length on me. Thick fabric, not much stretch, good for cold weather. pockets a plus. I plan to wear as planned. The shoulder pads are a bit of a mystery and somewhat unnecessary, but do not necessarily detract from how it looks on me. 

It might be tight around the rib cage but I loved it, and wore it twice 

I wore this to Thanksgiving dinner and felt fairly fabulous. The fabric feels luxurious. The skirt is relatively long and voluminous, so it might work best for the tall. I often need a 12 in anything that's fitted through the hips - the 10 fit great here because the skirt is so flared. I did NOT notice the unfortunate effect of the bust darts until taking the photo after the event - I'm just going to imagine that they were more noticeable in photographs than in real life. :/
