Easy, Breezy with lots of compliments!
I've worn TART brand dresses and tops in the past and loved them for the ease and versatility they provide for summer and summer travel. This dress was very comfortable without fully sacrificing style. I wore it to the pool, to run errands as well as a casual lunch with friends.

Loved this outfit and received lots of compliments but snug around my calves.
Pros: Nice color, great style, lots of compliments, accentuates your waist Cons: tight around my calves so that when I sat down, it would gather above my calves and I would have to pull down. Pro/Con: Didn't realize until it was time to return that the side zippers were functional pockets! I like having the pockets but not the added bulk it created (along with the pleats) at the hips. Depending on your silhouette, the pleating may be conceal some of the hip area or add extra bulk
