Conservative dress that is still fun!
I'm 5'4", 119lbs, 32A and wore the 0. Sometimes I wear a 2 if it's tight through the butt and hips, but this was good in the 0. The pockets were great, dress is bright and cheerful but not crazy -I was going was going for ladylike at a traditional venue. Would rent again for a similar event. Wore with nude heels, white pearl earrings and bracelet.

I didnt wear this, but it fit nicely and was pretty !
I needed something conservative for a formal lunch and ordered this dress and the yellow floral Carmen Marc Valvo also. My husband liked this one better on, but it felt a little too prim, shop I ended up wearing the yellow. I'm normally a 0 or 2, depending mostly on how fitted the hips send butt are. The zero would have been the right call. I'm 5'4", 119 lbs, 32A, straight build.

GORGEOUS! Blue and Black only, NO other colors!
The gown I ordered was not returned in time and RTR sent this instead. I was really worried because on my computer and phone it looked like the dress was blue with both brown-ish and black panels and it just looked weird to me. It came and it is blue, with all the accent panels in black. No weird brown, maroon color. It was BEAUTIFUL! [ RTR-- You should really clarify the color in the description somewhere, or alter it on photoshop!] The black panel on the back is a stretchy material which made it very comfortable to move or sit in, and walking was not problem despite the mermaid styling. I normally wear a 0 (5"4, 115-118 lbs, 32A) and did end up wearing the 0R with 3.5" heels, though it was hard to get the zipper past the middle seam (definitely required a second person). Because of the sleeve cut I couldn't really lift my arms above my shoulders, so not great if you dance with your hands high a lot ;) Anyway, I got a ton of compliments from strangers and friends and my husband thought it was really hot. It was perfect for a black tie event. I wore 3.5" heels, and the dress just touched the floor, and you never saw my shoes, which was a slight bummer ;) Beautiful, flattering dress, sexy but still elegant. Definitely go for it!
