Structured fit and works for petite persons

Comfortable, Classy, & Elegant
I'm not sure how a dress can be comfy, classy, and elegant, but this one sure is! I received many compliments and was told "green is my color" by quite a few folks (something I've never heard before so I'll ascribe it to the quality of this gorgeous dress). Details: size 2R, wore to sister's outdoor engagement party (I'm MOH), 31-years-old, 34C-ish, 5'2", 113lbs, wore w/ 3.5" nude heels. FYI dress comes with a detachable belt, which is key to it fitting right.

An absolute must for any shirt or dress that would show your bra. Holds very well. Easy to adhere and peel off. Note: not necessarily made for support. I'm a full C cup, and these work great for me.

About 1.5-2 in. in length. Pinks, purples, black, & rose gold base. Not sparkly (I initially thought some sparkle based on the photo). Pairs well with classic/formal items. Could wear to work, too.

Bridal shower
This is quite the dress! It was actually a second choice offered by RTR (initial choice was unwearable). I wore it to my bridal shower thrown by my best girlfriend and sister. The shower was not a traditional, formal bridal shower but rather more of fun gathering with close friends. This dress fit the bill and was fun to wear! It is slightly on the smaller side, but there is so much variability in dresses, it's really hard to say what a "true" 4 is. Because of the sheer mesh on the side, you cannot wear a bra (unless you don't mind it being visible). I wore Braza's Strapless Adhesive Reveal Bra, available for purchase through RTR. Finally, as you can see in the picture, the middle part of the dress flops over; it may have been due to the fact that I'm on the shorter side and don't have a long torso (-1/2 star). Overall, 4.5/5 stars.

Bridal shower
This was actually a back-up dress--and RTR made a solid choice! I wore this dress to my bridal shower, and I received many compliments. I'm typically a 2, but RTR sent the 0. It was a bit tight in the chest area, but the dress itself is true to size. The material is very luxurious and of high-quality. The style is not 100% "me," but the dress itself is a beautiful garment.

Glamourous!
If you are on the fence about renting this dress, do it! It fit wonderfully and looked spectacular. I felt very glamorous at my cousin-in-law's wedding in Chicago (in February - brrr). The material is pretty thick, so it may be a tad warm for a summer wedding. It is fitted on top, as you can see in the image, and so if you are larger-chested, you may want to consider sizing up. I opted for the 2 over the 4 because the 4 was proportionally too large and long (the top fit decently well). The best part? Pockets!

Comfy and warm on a chilly night
This review is a bit delayed, and so I am having a hard time remembering what size I wore (0 or 2). When I wore this dress, I was ~110, 5'2", and a c cup. The dress is looser fitting, but that is the style, and it works with the dropped waist. I wore it on an evening boat cruise for a rehearsal dinner in September. It was a chilly and rainy night and the neoprene-like material kept me warm.

Great fit
The lace material was beautiful and the fit of the dress was great! It hugged my curves, but it wasn't super tight. I wore the 4 (2 came as my back up- didn't try on). A major pro is that the dress unzips completely in the back, so you don't have to worry about ruining hair/make-up (since you don't have to pull it over your head). It was a bit short, and I'm 5'2". I wore it to a fundraising event on a cold, dreary day in May, but I would highly recommend it for an event around the holidays in December.

Perfect for a winter wedding!
NOTE: The dress runs small. I normally wear a 4, and the 8 fit snuggly. There was a small tear in the dress, but I wore it anyway as it was in an inconspicuous spot. It was great for a January wedding in Chicago. Sometimes I feel as if wearing black tights "takes away" from a dress- and this was not the case with this dress. It wasn't my favorite RTR dress, but I didn't dislike it. I would give it 3.5 stars if possible.

Classic dress that makes for a professional and polished look
I wore this dress to a work event. The cut of the dress is flattering, and the fabric is durable. It fit true to size more or less. I rented the 2 and 4 and went with the 2. It was a little snug, but the 4 looked too big on me (I looked like a child wearing "mommy's dress" during dress-up). Overall, I was satisfied with the dress, and I would rent it again.

Felt fab
When I RTR, fit is my #1 priority. The dress itself is somewhere between "runs small" and "true to size". To give you an idea of my size, I'm almost always a 4, rarely a 2 and am 5'2" and probably about 120 in the photo. I wore the 4 and the fit was a bit snug but accentuated my curves. Fit aside, the only part that was a bit deceiving was the color of the green beneath the lace--it's quite bright and sparkly (doesn't seem that way online). Not necessarily a bad thing, though. Overall, I would DEFINITELY rent this dress again. It's gorgeous. It made me feel fantastic.

I wore this dress to an August wedding. The fabric is quite thick, but it helps hold the shape of the dress. In terms of fit, it's very true to size. I'm typically a 2/4 and debated between XS and S. Ended up going with the S. Happy renting!

Comfortable and cute for a summer wedding
The material and style of the dress is very pretty and elegant. It is hard to tell in the picture, but I'm wearing a boot for a broken ankle (not pictured: crutches). This dress was very comfy to wear, even in my wounded state. In terms of fit, I'm typically a 2 or a 4 in most dresses. I wear a 0 every so often, and this was one of those cases. The 2 fit just fine, but it was a little loose. Because of the shape of the dress this "loose-ness" was not flattering. I recommend sizing down.

I rented this dress to wear as an usherette in a wedding. The dress fit very well--it's a little loose fitting, but it seems that's how it's supposed to be. There is a flower pattern on the dress (hard to tell in the pictures). I think it looks much better on a person than on the hanger. Overall, I liked the dress.

Gorgeous and flatting dress!
I loved wearing this dress! It is one of the most flattering pieces I've ever worn--from RTR or my own closet. I wore this number to a 4th of July wedding and received many compliments. Some key things to know about the dress itself (not bad just good to know): (1) it is low-cut and if you have boobs larger than an A cup, you will have cleavage (I'm a C/D), (2) the dress is made out of very structured material that is not thick but on the heavier side, and (3) there's not a whole lot of room in the chest area, which was good because I didn't need to wear a bra. If a better picture of me surfaces (i.e., one in which you can see the dress well) I'll update my review. For now, this is all I have. Happy renting!

I selected another long navy dress for a wedding, and RTR sent this particular dress as my back-up. I assumed the back-up size in the dress I selected wasn't available. Very elegant but limited in practicability
If you are like me, when you go to a wedding, a party, a gala, you like to dance, mingle, pretty much move. This dress limits that significantly. One reason for this may be due to the fact that I am a petite person and long dresses might not be for me. However, because the fabric was thick and stretchy, it continued to sag and elongate throughout the night making it harder and harder to move about. Despite its "wear-ability" limitations, it looked great. The dress itself is gorgeous and has a glamorous feel to it. I felt wonderful in it (if all I wanted to do was stand in one place). I wore a 2R, but I would have preferred a 2S.

Gorgeous dress but a little snug
I wore this dress as an usherette for a friend's wedding in September. I was glad there was a chill in the air that day because the dress fabric is thick and warm. The dress is very structured and runs small. I'm consistently a size 4 (or a 4P) in dresses--at RTR and other stores (Nordstrom, J Crew, etc.)--but I had to squeeze into this 6. I recommend ordering a size up. I enjoyed wearing the dress and received tons of compliments. The bride allowed the other usherette and me free reign over our dress choice, and she (along with the bridesmaids) were in love with the look of the dress.

Unique design - Felt stunning
The dress fit great - a little snug but in the right places to accentuate a woman's figure. I received many compliments on it. It has a structured feel, but it isn't constricting. Sitting and dancing were not problems in the garmet. The ruching of the material hid some of my imperfections, which I was pleased about. I'm consistently a 4 in dresses, but part of the reason is my chest size. If you have similar measurements to me and have a smaller chest, I think you may want the 2. Side note: sorry about the odd pose in pic 2, but I didn't take a lot of photos that night. I figured potential renters could make a better judgment from the shot/angle in pic 2 versus pic 1.

I received tons of compliments! Perfect for my Gram's 80th birthday at our family's country club.
I would wear this dress again. I highly recommend wearing it during the wintertime as the material is very thick and sturdy. It's a well-made, structured cocktail dress. I ordered a 2 and a 4 and went with the 4 for a "roomier" fit. I typically wear a 4 in dresses because of my chest size. If you're approximately my height and weight but have a smaller chest, I'd recommend the 2 for this particular dress.
