The sleeves weren't work appropriate they're not cold shoulder, they're actually two flaps. Also was way too tight under my bust and above my growing belly.

I've rented Likely dresses before and this one definitely runs smaller. I'm usually a M/6-8. I got an 8 & 10. The 8 fit, but was uncomfortably tight. The 10 was body hugging but comfortable.

I wore this to a late May outdoor wedding my husband was standing up in. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was how I felt about my stomach in the dress. There's a lot of give, but it's form fitting. I needed to get a size up in my backup rather the smaller size. Great to dance in, there was a small stain on the front but it wasn't noticeable in pictures or unless you were really close.

I wore this to a regional Emmy gala and I felt like a million dollars! We had just got back from a 2 week vacation of not eating well, so I sized up to an 8 as my back up, let's just say I was thankful for my foresight--it fit perfectly! It hugged me in all the right places without feeling self conscious that I wasn't in the best of shape for me. The only downside was I'm not well endowed, so I did have to wear the most padded strapless bra I own for me to fill out the 8. At 5'9" the long was perfect for my 2-3 inch heels.

This was my first Lilly dress I've ever rented and I understand why people love them. I got both a 6 and an 8. The 6 fit, but it was short, like uncomfortably short for me (I'm also 5'9" no heels). The 8 was better, but the length is why it didn't get 5 stars. I wore it to a bridal shower--standing it was fine, but sitting down on a couch I wished it was longer. It has a scoop back but you can wear a regular strapless bra and the dress is not super form fitting. I wore it almost all day and it was really comfortable. I would rent it again!

I rented this for pictures for our 5 year anniversary. Our timetable got delayed on our wedding day and these pictures didn't happen. 5 years was worth the wait! I wanted a white dress but nothing that screamed bride, this dress was perfect. The fabric is heavier than I expected, which was perfect on a cool summer night. Up close I wasn't sure how it would look, in pictures it was phenomenal. It's flattering, but isn't skin tight. My husband thought the ruffle on the shoulder was fun.

I really liked this necklace. In fact I wore it two days in a row for work. However, there are two things that made it not 5 stars. First the squares are hooked together and come a part--meaning if you lean over too far you run the risk of having your necklace come undone. Also it's a hook back instead of a claw back--meaning that too can come undone. Despite those two things I really liked how it looked with both dresses I wore it with. I'd also probably rent it again.

I wore this to a January wedding and got so many compliments! I wanted something fun, yet I wasn't going to freeze my butt off in. When everyone wears a dress you definitely stand out in a jumpsuit, but in a good way! Going to the bathroom is a little tricky--as the back is hooks that you need to line up and slide in to place. I had a friend help once and then did it myself the other times (just expect it to take a few extra minutes). I wore a sticky bra, but not being well endowed on top I was pulling it up often. I got a long and wore my tallest 4 inch heels and it was the perfect length. However, once you take those off and wear flats to dance for the reception, be prepared to hold up each pant leg. I would definitely rent this again in the red or try the black!
