Very comfortable, yet the material felt very luxurious.

Loved this dress! I wore to a rehearsal dinner and it was perfect! I can usually wear a 4 or 6. Since I read some of the reviews saying the dress ran small I decided to order a 6. It fit perfect! 

This dress definitely runs small so size up 1-2 sizes. Overall great for a wedding. I received tons of compliments!

Fit my body and was slimming. I def had to size up based on reviews but it looked so good!!

Very flattering little black dress with sexy details while still being conservative. I wore this to a wedding and got so many compliments on it! I would definitely recommend for a wedding or a fun date night!

dress was great! this was actually my backup dress, but i liked it more than i expected to. although it runs true to size, the material does not stretch at all so sizing could be tricky with this one, definitely get a backup size if you can.  i would go larger, the 8 was perfect for me, a 10 would have been fine, and a 6 would have been impossible. 

Snug in the right places (but I wore a 4 in a different color a month before and was a 6 in this black rental) so def get a backup size thats 1 up. I loved that the slit and off-shoulder made this LBD more fun without making it difficult. Was still really practical (I could dance, sit, walk and not worry about it riding up or shoulder slipping off) just felt really secure. A lot of people wore black so the extra flare this dress had made me feel awesome and stand out just enough!

I rented 2 different dresses and this one stole the show by far! It felt like it was tailored to my body. Which is hard to find because I have curves. This was a big event out for me. I had a baby a year ago and I can't tell you how many people were complimenting me! This dress did it all, sucked me in, lifted, and was still easy to move in. I am honestly tempted to buy it outright. 

Fit on the smaller side, the slit allowed more wiggle room. The cut of the dress complimented the collar bone area and slimmed my waistline as well. So many compliments!

This dress was great. I received so many compliments and was very flattering. SIZE UP! I normally wear a size 2, but had to get a replacement size 4. RTR was amazing and shipped the new size overnight. 

I loved this dress. I usually wear a 6 or so, so definitely order up. There was a little extra fabric at my hips because I have small hips, but it wasn't that noticeable. I wore it to a holiday work party and it was perfect for the occasion. I definitely felt classy. 

This dress was great, but with the one shoulder exposed it's a bit blinding if you're pale like me. Would definitely rent again!

(Worn for an annual fundraising event) This might be my new favorite rental! I don't make a habit of renting the same thing twice because I love the variety that RTR gives me but this black dress is EVERYTHING. Comfortable, flattering, sexy but not revealing. So many compliments all night long. 

I LOVED the fit of this dress! 10/10 would rent again. Classy and flattering with a little bit of sexy from the slit. It definitely runs small - I am between two sizes so I ordered my larger size and one size up, but I honestly could've used two sizes up. Luckily it's a thick, pretty structured material so it held everything in. And a note for the bustier ladies, I am a 32D and was able to wear the dress without a bra. You won't regret getting this dress, but make sure to size up!!

Perfect for a formal wedding. This dress definitely runs small. I'm usually a 0 and the 2 was tight. This dress hugs every curve but is also very flattering. Would recommend if you're looking for an elegant black dress that isn't boring. 

I was worried it would be an awkward length because of how short I am but it worked great! I felt so sophisticated and got compliments all night!

Wore this dress for a wedding with cocktail attire dress code. Glad I listened to reviews and sized up! I am normally a 6 and sized up to an 8 and a 10. The 8 fit but was super snug so I went with the 10. Dress was comfy and not too hot. I just had a baby 3 months ago so it was thick enough to disguise the mommy pooch. Overall cute dress I would recommend. 

Wore this dress for a night out for dinner and a show. I thought I sized up but maybe not enough - I could have gone a size higher for sure. The fabric was comfortable and overall I liked the dress. It is super form fitting. I would rent again!

This was the perfect dress for a formal, summer, outdoor wedding. It's classy and simple. Runs pretty small. I'm usually between 2-4 and the 4 was slightly snug on me. 

Worn to a summer wedding. Ran small. I normally wear a 4/6 but had to do the 8. Felt very sexy and cool on the hot day. 

I ordered the size 4 and 6 as most reviews said it ran small.  I wish I had gotten the size 2 as the 4 was a bit big in the back and sides.  It was also a little long for my height.

If you have curves that you want to show off, this is the dress for you! Great material and comfortable to wear. I ordered a 10 and 12... both worked but went with the 10. 

Runs small. I'm usually a small, 2 or 4. The 4 was TIGHT but I survived. Stuck to the two step all night on the dance floor. I would rent again for sure. Very forgiving material. Flattering. 

The fit was perfect and the material was great even on a humid evening. I got so many compliments....Little to no accessories needed, just cute earrings and nice shoes. The dress speaks for itself!

I wore this dress over the weekend for a family wedding. I love how the dress looked and hugged my curves. The only downside was that it ended up being really tight through the thighs and I felt like I had to keep pulling it down to prevent it from bunching on my hips. 

That being said, it was an unconventional wedding and there wasn't dancing so I didn't feel like I missed out or was too restricted because of the dress. I definitely had to go with the 8 here though because of my thighs. Side note: I am a horseback rider so my thighs are on the thicker side in comparison to the rest of my body and my legs are much longer than my torso! Someone with small thighs may not have as much of a problem.

I wore this to a black tie wedding outside in June. As everyone has said, size up at least one size if you are even the least bit curvy. I'm pear shaped and normally wear an 8-10 and the 12 was a snug fit, especially in the hips.

That said, the fabric is solid and I still felt confident with movement and dancing without a lot of tugging and readjusting the dress. Not my favorite rental but still a solid choice. The neckline makes it unique in a sea of LBD's. Break out the spanx for this one!
