The dress was heavier than I thought it would be, so between the heavy material and the high neck I was a little worried about wearing it to a summer wedding, but I was totally fine wearing it during the outdoor ceremony (in July in the Northeast where it was 95 degrees and humid out gah). The length was way longer on me than on the model also - I'm 5'3" and the hem was only a few inches above my ankle. Other renters also commented on the depth of the arm holes, and they were correct. I ended up wearing a strapless bralette with lace all along the back so that if/when it peeked it looked almost on purpose. The back of the dress was also really pretty with an open lace design, so I definitely went with a hair up/to the side 'do to show it off. The skirt was a lot of material in a great way - I loved twirling it around and having it fan out while dancing. I'd definitely rent this dress again (or even buy it at an RTR sample sale, hint hint RTR)!

The top and bottom of this dress are almost the same color pink, unlike on the model. Also I think multiple wears and dry-cleans have removed the pleats of the skirt, but it's still pretty - but it did result in a ton of fabric! I had to be very careful walking up and down stairs to not trip on all the extra fabric, especially in heels. I'm also on the shorter side and the regular length was pretty long on me, but manageable in 4 inch heels. The bottom of the dress fit me very well (like where the zipper at the waist/lower back is), but the top was really loose on me (I did not wear a bra, but I doubt a backless strapless bra would've made the top fit any tighter). I ended up having to use fashion tape to keep parts of the top down and sitting nicely on my chest, but it worked out and looked great in the end.

Long story short, I was unable to wear this dress, but it is very pretty in person. It does run small, so size up! But I mainly wanted to comment on the length of the dress - I rented a petite length and a regular length, and the petite was SO short on me! I'm only 5'3" and the petite length showed my entire foot. The regular length was better, but still just barely grazed the floor when I was barefoot, so in heels it would've looked even shorter.

I love love love this top! I'm very tempted to go out and buy it to keep. The shirt ran large and was definitely longer on me than on the model (the lace bottom went well below the waist of my jeans, unlike in the picture). Interestingly though, the open/lacy back did not go as low on me as on the model (maybe she has it pulled back and down so that the front is shorter than the back? Who knows.) - but this turned out for the best because I was able to get away with wearing a strapless bra and not a Nubra like I originally thought I would need. If you have one of those low-back bra converters (the long band that wraps around your stomach), then I'd definitely recommend that!

I loved this dress!! It was perfect for New Year's Eve with its LBD-ness, but full sequins. As a lot of other renters have noted, the dress runs a bit small. My usual size fit, but was definitely more snug than I would have wanted for a night of dancing. It is also definitely short! I would not have worn this dress without tights and I'm only 5' 3" and I also did not try sitting in it. I'd be very wary of the length if I were any taller. But overall, I really loved the dress - it's definitely one of my favorite dresses I've ever rented from RTR!!

I loved this dress! The print is adorable and the cut/style of the top was great for the summer. My two cons were that the dress was super long - I ended up having to use safety pins to hem it so I wasn't tripping all over it. I wore flat sandals with it, but even if I had worn heels it would've needed some hemming. Secondly, after hours of wear (I wore it all day and night, so a long time), my neck ached from the rope of the halter top. But again, I wore it for a really long time, so I think for a shorter amount of time I would've been fine. Overall a great dress though!

The ring was pretty big - as you can see in the picture it covered almost two and a half fingers, but I loved it! The size of the ring was a bit loose as well, but because of how big the flower on top was, it stayed well on my finger. I rented this dress for a bachelorette party at the beach. The color was gorgeous - a little more coral than in the pictures, and everyone loved the ombre. Overall, the dress was great. The print/pattern was very cool; it's mainly black and white but has a touch of color so you can totally play with them for make-up, nails, accessories, etc. I was worried about the length of the dress since I'm on the shorter side and it only comes in one length (as opposed to other long dresses that have P, R, and L lengths), but I wore 4-inch heels and the length was perfect. The one major down (and the reason for only 4 stars) was the fit of the top. Like a lot of other reviews have said, the top of the dress has some rather uncomfortable boning. It bothered me to the point that I ended up wearing the size up and had to do that awkward strapless-dress-tug all night to keep the dress up. The constant tugging also resulted in that weird pouch thing you can see in the picture I posted, but that was easily fixed by just pulling the dress down a bit, so the pouch only happened when I wasn't being conscious of my dress. But in general, I really liked the dress. I got so many compliments on it the night of my formal event and even for days afterwards (both from people seeing pictures of it on Facebook and also people remembering the dress from the actual night). I'd definitely recommend it!

The dress was a nice LBD for new year's that had a bit of sparkle in pictures. However, the beading on it (the stripes) was pretty heavy and it made the dress sag at the bottom and not be straight stripes. It also made the entire dress pretty heavy, but nothing terrible. Overall, it was a great first renting experience, but next time I'll definitely go for a NYE dress with more sparkle and flair.

I rented this dress for a formal Mardi Gras ball and it was great. The color was perfect and I got tons of compliments on it. I wore 4.5 inch heels and the dress skimmed the ground - any shorter of a heel and I would have been tripping over the hem of the dress. My one negative about the dress was the tricky zipper - it was difficult to get over the seam at the waist even when the dress was on the hanger, let alone when it was on me. But, with some help, I got the zipper up and the dress was perfect for the ball!

I rented the dress for a night out at a club in Vegas and it looked great! The neckline and the sleeves added a nice touch of glitter and glam and the color of the dress is beautiful. It was also super comfortable for dancing and hanging out. This was my second style so I didn't get a back-up size, but I'm pretty sure that the large (which I would've chosen) would have been way too big, so the medium was perfect. Sorry I don't have any full length shots of the dress! I uploaded the two that came closest.

I rented the dress for NYE in Vegas (a bit of a more casual event, the Red Hot Chili Peppers concert, so I was a tad overdressed) and I got compliments all night on the dress! It does look black in the picture, but it's actually a dark emerald green in person. But the green didn't even really show unless I was under lights. Either way, the dress was great. I'm on the shorter side, so the dress was longer than I would have liked, but nothing too terrible. I rented this dress for a "casual attire" engagement party. I dressed it down with flats. It was really adorable. A bit lightweight though, so I wore a cardigan. Also I would definitely recommend sizing down for the back-up. The elastic waist gave some flex room, so while both sizes fit, the smaller looked better on me (the bust wasn't as loose, the waist more cinched, and the length above the knee, just like on the model).

I've rented this dress before in the cobalt blue, but I decided to go with it again for a wedding because the fit is great and the one sleeve is really fun. I got lots of compliments all night! The only con to this dress is that the color is a much darker teal than shown in the picture - I would've loved for the teal to be as light as it is shown, especially since it was a summer wedding.
