Like all Black Halo, this is very cute but runs small. If the material was thicker I may have been able to make it work but it was very unforgiving in the midsection.

Cute dress but very disproportionate
I really liked this neckline but really couldn't wait to take this dress off. The body fits fine but the arms and shoulders are VERY tight and rigid if you're more athletic

Very cute plaid dress, lots of compliments
I wear a 4/S in most things, but followed my gut and went with a M in this and it was perfect. Felt very cute in this, added a thin gold belt to accent waist. Flattering, not too tight, not too short, and comfortable fabric. Would rent again

Didn't wear, but overall just an okay dress
Lovely print. Followed everyone's guidance and sized up, but was way too baggy. I think this is probably pretty true to size, but the material on this is very, very thin. Didn't get to wear, may try again at size 4 in the summer.

Comfortable, flattering dress that's not too tight

Horribly fit/constructed-- couldn't wear
I usually fit a 4 perfectly and I could not even get this dress entirely on, let alone zipped. Material also has no give whatsoever, I'm not even sure a 6 would have worked. Size one up AT LEAST.

Loved the look but not comfortable
I loved the look of this dress. Has a little edge to it, but the arms run unbelievably small with literally no give. The body of the dress fit me perfectly but the sleeves were legitimately cutting off my circulation near the elbow. If I would have gone up a size, the rest of the dress would have been too big. Bummed to probably not rent again

Beautiful, well made dress but tight
I think this runs true to size, however the material has very little give so it is tight and a little unforgiving in the midsection area-- but if I had bumped up to a 6, I wonder if it would have been too big elsewhere. I'm glad I got the 4-- I just stuck with salads this day :) Material is soft and light. Like the others mentioned, the cut is quite deep so if you are fuller in the chest, prepare for some serious cleavage.

Perfect for company holiday party
The SR fit perfectly and was very comfortable. The lower part of the sleeves don't have a lot of give, so as much as you see them rolled up in the pics-- is as far as they will go. I got tons of compliments on this dress, even from strangers on the street. At home it just looked okay to me, but then at the party, the reflective material and gold tone really came through. Only 'negative' I guess-- I was expecting it to be shorter (was below the knee on me). But loved it and felt great in it :)

Beautiful dress, but for just okay for me
This was my backup dress (sorry for no photo-- didn't end up wearing). The dress itself is beautiful, and I liked the interesting cut of the slit and the chest area. Normally a 4R fits like a glove but this dress was just a tad too loose. Probably not enough to jump to a 2R, but that bit of extra room paired with the extra fabric detailing around the midsection, I felt that it was not form fitting enough for my personal taste.

Elegant and gets the job done
I needed this to host a gala. I originally wanted another dress that was not available in time for my event. But in retrospect, I'm glad I ended up with this one which was a little more reserved. Dress fit perfectly (5'4 and 1/2, 140 lbs). Material is nice & flexible (important since I was hosting & moving around a lot), and the dress will really accentuate your figure. My only "con" I guess would be I wish the off the shoulder part of the dress stayed in place a little better. It wasn't terribly bothersome but it was something I kept an eye on, as we were taking a lot of pictures. This is a comfortable, reliable dress
