The arms are very tight, I'd suggest zipping yourself into the dress before putting your arms through the arm holes (especially if you don't have someone to zip you in). You're not able to lift your arms in the dress, so it's not the best for dancing. I am always a size 6, and had to wear the 8, which was still snug.
