Elegant and modern!
Absolutely loved this dress! While both of them fit me, the 0 was more snug in the bodice, and didn't require as much tugging up, so I wore the 0. I would suggest sizing down if between sizes, because the dress did loosen up while wearing. Length was perfect with anywhere from 0-2" heels for me (5'5"), but I wouldnt have worn any higher heels or the dress would have felt short. NO BRA - the bodice is lined and slightly padded in the boob area, and along with the boning, the dress doesn't require a bra - and you really can't wear one anyway. Anything i tried either caused the bodice to stick out and create a gap, or didn't work with the cut. I also tried the stick on bras, AND stick on Boombas, neither of which worked either. But honestly it was OK - and I am not someone who EVER goes without a bra normally. I have a very flat chest and found the bodice to be a great fit regardless.

Fun and spicy!
This dress was perfect for a fall wedding. A brown leather jacket would have been a great option for a chillier day. The arm was definitely slim fitted, which worked for me but might not be great for others. I wore a strapless bra with one strap attached and that was great. The dress definitely rode up as I walked around and danced, and maybe one size larger would have helped with that – but I also liked the look and feel of the size I wore. I would definitely size up for the backup size.

Best for an average, not special, occasion
The 0 fit perfectly - this was my backup dress so I didn't end up wearing it, but I easily could have. It was just a little less stand-out than my original pick. Would be great for a night out. The fabric is thin and you could tell the dress had been worn many times, but it was still sharp. The boyfriend loved the fit.

RENT THIS DRESS!
I LOVED wearing this dress to a wedding at an art museum. I fit in both the 0 and 2 but the 2 pulled less across my hips and it was easier to sit in, although the bust area was a little larger. The band is a little constricting but hit me right at my waist so it was manageable. The dress stretched ever so slightly over the course of the evening and by the end it was super comfy for dancing. The fabric is thick but not too hot for a summer wedding. I got tons of compliments from guys (usually they come from girls!?) with this dress. It was a definite hit.

Couldn't wear this dress at all. Super weird fit.
The chest area was very widely spaced and cut very uncomfortably. Both the 2 and 4 zipped up just fine but the shoulder straps were too short and the cut of the bust was too wide for my body. I have no idea how anyone could wear this or what type of body this would look good on... Thankfully RTR overnighted me a new dress!

Red carpet!
Loved this dress! I wish I had worn the 0, though. I ended up tugging it up all night. I think the weight of it pulled it down - made it hard to dance in. Make sure you size down for your backup, and definitely expect it to loosen up over the course of a night. If it's real tight at first, by the time you're done with dinner and ready to dance, it'll be perfect! The R length was perfect on me when wearing approx 3" heels. Photographed beautifully (see pic 2). Got tons of compliments, as always with RTR.

Incredible quality!
I LOVED this dress. The minute I took it out of the bag I was so impressed. The gold is so shimmery and soft and smooth and beautiful in person. The dress is very satiny and comfortable to wear, with just a touch of stretch. I definitely think it fits true to size (I was between the 40 and 42 and I ended up wearing the 40/sz 2). Throughout the course of the night it did stretch out a tiny bit so I was glad I went down. I wore this to a formal party I hosted and got so many compliments and definitely stood out in the crowd - the dress fit right in alongside long ball gowns and shorter cocktail dresses. I did NOT want to return this dress! Another great RTR experience.

Fit like a glove!
Wore this dress to a fundraiser gala in Boston in September. The 0 fit perfectly - the dress is stretchy but the material is thick and supportive. I have a smaller waist and a bit of a butt, so the stretchiness was key. The dress did ride up a bit when I was walking, but I feel like most form fitting dresses do. I had also ordered the size 2 but it was loose/rumpled around my stomach and hips, and although the 0 was tight, it was the better fit. Small price to pay for a gorgeous sexy dress! I thought that the top was supposed to be folded down, but the tag is actually in the way to really do this, so I think the key to avoiding side boob is just pulling the dress up high enough. I wore a regular strapless bra underneath and it was fine. I had no problem dancing or moving my arms. My date loved it and I got many compliments at the event. Size down if you want a tighter/smoother fit.

Classy, elegant, and gorgeous!
This dress was perfect for a summer wedding. It wasn't tight at all - very loose and drapey, and ended up around knee length on me (longer than it looks on the model). I wore it with black strappy heels and got so many compliments. The back is really nice (requires strapless bra), so try to wear your hair up if you can! The fabric is really silky and expensive feeling

Amazing style, colors, and fit!
The dress is definitely shorter than it looks on the model, and will definitely ride up as you walk around. That said, rent this dress anyway!! I got SO many compliments on it and it was comfortable and fun to wear. I wore a strapless bra with the back pulled down really low, so that wasn't a problem. Other reviewers have said that the butt/hips area is really tight, but I didn't find it any tighter than any other form-fitting dress. As other said, the material is stretchy but I felt that it was also forgiving, and structured (but not tight) in the stomach so that you're not conscious of it all night. I wore with flats to a rehearsal dinner - it was cute, for sure, but I wouldn't have worn it to the wedding - with the shortness, it just wasn't quite 'classy' enough. With heels it would easily do for an amazing night out. I got the 2 and 4 - both fit and looked good but the 2 felt more comfortable in the shoulders. I tried tucking up the cap sleeves for a sleeveless look but they were too bulky and the cut made it difficult, even with fashion tape. However I found the cap sleeves much less annoying than I thought they'd be. Try it!

Not as short/tight as other reviewers are saying.
I rented the 4 and 6 after reading the reviews that said it would be short and tight. Maybe I am not the size I think I am but the size 4 was neither short nor tight. I tried belting this dress but that didn't help either (see second pic). The quality was great and I wish I could've worn it, though. If you have any sort of waist at all, order your true size (and if you want something tighter/sexier, order down one). This was just too bulgy for me, for New Years Eve. I didn't wear it and ended up buying something new instead. A size 2 would have probably been ok for a work function or something. You can see my pics show plain w/ nude heels, and belted w/ black heels. In the third pic you can see how much extra room there is in the waist, as other reviewers have noted. Also, I have plenty of booty and the dress wasn't even close to being tight back there.

Runs HUMONGOUS!
I rented this in size 2 for New Years as a back up - it really does run ENORMOUS. I was *swimming* in the size 2. SIZE TWO! I belted it (see second pic) and that helped (because it honestly looked like a bag on me), but it was still way too big and bulgy (see third pic) for a New Years Eve dress. Order at least two sizes down, and prepare to belt it regardless. It was a nice quality, and it should be noted that the slip is completely detached - there's a skin colored cami/slip, and then the silk sheath that goes over. It looked like they used to be attached by a loop at the shoulders but was no longer attached.
