I wore this to an engagement party. The fit was ok, the material is thick and the pattern obscures those pesky body imperfections. This dress has a lot of room up on top which I'm sure is great for full chests but the top was a little loose on me which then made the "sleeves" hang looser than intended.. overall I received many compliments and it was easy to move around in.
